The only concern I have is that while we were checking out a homeless man wandered into the lobby and used the bathroom. He went unnoticed upon entry and after he used the bathroom he headed right over to the breakfast area. It was a little concerning that no one seemed to notice or care as people could easily wander the halls as well.

All staff were very friendly and there is so much to do around the hotel. Ashley the works at the hotel bar is amazing at making drinks!!

One could walk everywhere from this property. It was great! The pillows are terrible but everything else was good. The coffee was decent!

Everything except the breakfast was top notch. I know I shouldn’t complain about a “free” breakfast, but come on at least make it edible.

My second time staying at this hotel, and the experience was amazing. The staff members are professional, courteous, and friendly. The room is spacious, comfortable, and most importantly, quiet. The free breakfast offers a wide selection of high-quality options that are all delicious. And the price is more than reasonable given the location and the amenities. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our room wasn’t ready till 5:30, we had to cancel our NYE reservations and it took 25 minutes to get our valet after checking out the next morning.
Need to staff better.

The location and staff were great. Our room was excellent with a nice view. Rooms are only cleaned every other day (despite a request to be cleaned daily) so that was disappointing to have to make our own bed. We arrived at 3:30 after receiving an email about check in being at 3:00. Had to wait 45 minutes then asked about the room. It still wasn’t ready so they moved us to another one and the same floor. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
