Resort Villa Hermosa

The worst experience at this hotel and trust me the proof is in the pictures. On September 18, 2023, I booked my hotel stay in Puglia for 4 nights at Villa Hermosa Hotel. Before booking, I made sure to check all reviews for this hotel. Everything seemed great, the pictures on booking and the reviews seemed promising as well. I booked a standard room with 1 queen bed for my fiancé and me. Long story short, my fiancé and I made our way to our hotel for early check-in. We were both very anxious to finally check in and settle down at our hotel. As soon as we walked into our room, we couldn’t help but notice a tiny, old, and filthy room. Let’s just say that the pictures, services, and amenities that were described by booking, did not match upon our arrival at Hotel Villa Hermosa. Our AC did not work, the room was hot and humid, and the sheets were wet from the humidity. The room was very dirty, there was rust everywhere in the bathroom, our safe did not work, and was not bolted to the wall. The hotel staff knew the issues we had with our room and didn’t bother to come fix it for us. We took a tour of the hotel and couldn't believe how dirty, depressing, and old the pool area looked. The pool was yellow, the hot tub was even worse. To top it off, the hotel manager told us if we needed to use the pool, we had to use a shower cap at all times. It’s clear to say that the pool area was not at all as advertised on ***********. I felt like I was lied to when I paid for my 4-night stay at this hotel. There was a random stain of blood on the sheets, the comforter was ripped. The bathroom was a disaster, there was rust in the shower, cracks, and hair in the sink. Not to mention, we had no hot water while showering. The chair in the hotel room was falling apart. The rack to hang wet bathing suits was falling off the wall outside of the hotel room. The walls were old and stained. It was not at all what we both expected. We were disappointed beyond measure and wanted to change rooms immediately. It was not at all what we both expected. The hotel staff mentioned that they were fully booked and couldn’t do anything for us.  The hotel staff was rude. When we spoke to the man at the front desk the night before we checked out, he told us that there was nothing that could have been done and to come back in the morning when Lucia the manager was there. He didn’t seem to have a care in the world about our concern. When we got to the front desk the following morning, we told Lucia that we couldn’t stay at the hotel because of all the reasons I listed in this review, and she was so aggressive, not understanding, and rude. She started to get mad at us and didn’t want to listen to why we didn’t want to stay. She didn’t try and resolve anything with us or accommodate us. She didn’t try to change our rooms either. She told us to deal with ***********, as that is who I booked the hotel with.

ho soggiornato un paio di giorni come ho scritto nel titolo non me l'aspettavo un resort molto bello e curato considerando il periodo camere pulite e accoglienti all'interno del resort due belle piscine e ben curate un'ottima colazione e una cucina di prodotti locali e di prima qualità ve la consiglio il personale accogliente e ben disponibile dovrei ringraziare il direttore per la sua disponibilità sicuramente ci ritornerò

siamo stati una settimana io e mio marito in questo resort davvero molto bello, ci è piaciuto da subito grazie all ospitalità della gente che ci lavora. Roberto in reception è stato da subito molto gentile e con i suoi consigli dove andare e cosa visitare ci ha reso la vacanza molto pratica, di una professionalita e cordalità mai vista. ( grazie ancora Roberto)! 😘 Un altro punto forte è la pulizia, davvero impeccabile, L equipe delle ragazze delle pulizie è davvero tanta roba, super gentili e ti lasciano la camera pulitissima e profumatissima! Adorabili!!!!😍 Per non parlare della cucina! Ogni sera un buffet diverso con tantissime prelibatezze, e primi e secondi serviti al tavolo da 10 e Lode! Non abbiamo MAI avanzato nulla! Cene squisite, non potevamo mangiare meglio!!!! Il tutto fa da contorno una location meravigliosa, curata che di notte con le luci nei giardini rende tutto una magia romantica incantevole! Piscina gradevole molto pulita e fresca! Ringraziamo tutti davvero tutti per questa ospitalità, consigliamo di andarci perché merita davvero !! Un saluto affettuoso va a Fabio (futuro presidente del Bari calcio) 😜😜😜 che siamo sicuri lo diventerà!!!!! Sicuramente torneremo!

Siamo stati 4 giorni in questo hotel a fine giugno con degli amici e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene: camere esterne, pulite, servizio impeccabile e piscina ben tenuta!! Una gran bella scoperta è stata il ristorante (perché abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione! )...tutto molto buono, abbondante e gustoso! Lo consiglio per la tranquillità del posto, per la vicinanza al mare e ai paesi limitrofi e per il buon cibo!! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!!!

Escolhi ficar hospedado no Villa Hermosa baseado nas fotos e vídeos que estão disponíveis na Internet e fiquei bastante satisfeito por ter conseguido a reserva. Mas, ao chegarmos, tivemos uma grande decepção. O quarto era muito pequeno, não era possível deixar nem mesmo uma das malas abertas. O banheiro, minúsculo (o box mal comporta uma pessoa). Não há janelas. A entrada do quarto possui 2 portas, uma de vidro e outra com aberturas reguláveis para entrada de ar. Infelizmente esses detalhes não erma claros, caso contrário, não teríamos reservado. Pedi imediatamente um upgrade para algum quarto que fosse maior e que tivesse janelas, mas fui informado que não havia disponibilidade. A piscina e o bar operam com horário restrito de funcionamento (apenas um período curto à tarde). Quando chegávamos no final da tarde, já estava tudo fechado. Jantamos na primeira noite no hotel. A mesa de antepastos estava boa, mas os pratos seguintes fracos. O hotel não fica próximo à praia, apesar de uma das fotos de divulgação dar outra impressão. Para irmos às praias mais interessantes, só de carro. Se pudesse resumir em uma palavra: Decepcionante. Não voltaríamos nem indicaríamos.

Struttura molto bella e curata, stanza pulita e dotata di tutti i confort necessari. Personale eccellente, cordiale e disponibile sempre. Abbiamo passato una settimana di puro relax con una piacevole serata salentina organizzata molto bene da tutto lo staff. Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare in questo Resort!! complimenti a tutti Elisa e Paolo

ll titolo della recensione dice tutto. Resort pulito e accogliente. Lo staff è super disponibile e allo stesso tempo molto cordiale e sempre disponibile ad ogni tipo di esigenza. II cibo è sempre fresco abbondante e di ottima qualità, si fa fatica a rinunciare o a finire tutto quello che propongono nel menù. La struttura è situata a due passi dal mare. Detto ciò l'invito a chi legge queste recensioni è pregato di recarsi al più presto in quanto il rapporto qualità prezzo non ha eguali.

Abbiamo trascorso cinque giorni da favola! Location meravigliosa, pulizia eccellente, cibi fantastico e sempre di altissima qualità. Personale accogliente (proprio come essere in famiglia!) Vorremmo ringraziare, in particolare il direttore, Roberto ed Enza per la loro professionalità e convivialità. L'unica nota dolente è stata dover andare via.

Ho soggiornato con mio figlio in questa struttura dal 14 al 21 di Agosto, la struttura molto bella, ma rovinano l’a**osfera alcuni personaggi del personale, come una signora bionda di cui non ne ho capito il ruolo, non saluta e addirittura quando ho fatto notare di aver visto un serpente vicino alle camere, mi ha detto che da loro è normale trovarli anche negli armadi, io con un bambino sinceramente non mi sono sentita sicura. Oltre che essere maleducata ad avere discussioni telefoniche davanti agli ospiti mettendoci un po’ tutti in imbarazzo, secondo me se ti piace fare finta di essere snob, dovresti stare nelle quinte di un resort, dove NOI PAGHIAMO per avere piacevoli soggiorni in relax! Il direttore generale, un po’ troppo serio, sorridere agli ospiti, ogni tanto non fa di voi delle brutte persone 😅 La Reception benissimo signora Lucia, ci ha dato una super accoglienza. I camerieri del ristorante Salvatore, Simone e Virginia davvero troppo gentili e premurosi. Il proprietario SUPER GENTILE e divertente. Se viaggiate da mamme single come me, o anche semplicemente con i vostri figli, non ve la conisglio, i bambini non sono visti benissimo. Una sera, mentre con altri ospiti stavamo piacevolmente parlando e conoscendoci, ad un certo punto ci ha spento la luce e siamo dovuti tornare tutti in camera. Verso mezzanotte 😅 Il giardiniere mi ha macchiato tutti i vestiti che erano messi negli appositi stendini, mentre tagliava l’erba, per me FOLLIA! La struttura bella, ma il servizio non da 4 stelle SICURAMENTE.
