Vitoria Regia Praia Hotel

Every year I visit my family in Porto Seguro I stay in this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and the place feels like home! Pedro and all his colleagues are like super stars! Hopefully next year I’ll return and surely stay there again :-) thank you! Serena, Naraya & Patrick

If you're looking for a place that really takes covid prevention measures, look somewhere else. Not a single employee of this hotel takes it seriously. They mostly wear masks covering only the mouth. The breakfast buffet is a horror movie. No disposable gloves to get the items on the buffet. People sneezing on the food. I couldn't eat there a single day. Employees again with masks on the chin or just covering the mouth. There are signs everywhere saying that the use of mask is mandatory in common spaces, but none of that is enforced by the team. People are freely walking around, no masks. Upon check-in no one that was hanging around was wearing a mask and no one does anything about it. I complained MULTIPLE times in the reception about this and no one cared that much. On the last day, they said I could leave a feedback form in a box! After insisting, they said I could talk to Alexandre, the boss, but I didn't find him in time. Once or twice there was no alcohol sanitizer in the main dispensers. The swimming pool is often very very dirty by the end of the afternoon. The structure of the hotel is fine. But don't expect to have a good time there if you care for your health. The doors of the rooms are also not soundproof, so we could hear our neighbours sometimes. The wifi in our bedroom also didn't work (room 630). Overall, horrible experience and don't plan to ever lay my feet on this hotel again.

The apartment we stayed wasn’t really clean, walls were dirty. They asked us to changed room because of a power outage but then a few hour latter there was a different family there. There was also open sewer line next to our new room with a terrible smell and rats!

Every time I visit Brazil, I stay in this hotel! The place is great- live music, beautiful pool, bar, kid area, wonderful breakfast and super friendly staff! I couldn’t pick a better hotel for the same location and value :-)

Nice place to stay at Porto Seguro/BA. This hotel is nice hotel, cozy and comfy, made of 2 floors distributed in a great area. Have a nice pool, with a bar attached and are easy to go to the beach. The room is great! Large, with great bathroom and a wardrobe to organize the clothes. The beds are awesome, and we sleep nicely. The breakfast are tasteful and assorted, but the couscous (cuscuz) are little stiff and with no taste. But the juices are great, and they made a very good and fresh tapioca. The negative point was the other guests, that refuse the use of face masks during the hardest period of the Pandemic COVID.

Fiquei hospedada 7 dias nesse hotel, vamos lá! O café da manhã é ótimo, foi o que mais nos agradou, comíamos muitooo hahah O quarto que ficamos era a suíte simples, ele é bem confortável porém teve uma noite que o ar condicionado simplesmente parou de funcionar, acionamos o serviço de manutenção e resolveram. (Teve uma noite tbm que a energia do quarto ficou desarmando várias vezes, umas 5 vezes mas era madrugada e eu não quis acionar o serviço, no outro dia estava normal) Ainda falando do quarto, entrando no serviço de limpeza/arrumação o quarto era arrumado todos os dias, porém teve uma noite q meu filho derrubou ketchup no lençol, no outro dia o quarto foi arrumado e o lençol não foi trocado, chegamos da praia e o lençol estava o mesmo, sujo. Estávamos cansados e com muito sono então só virei o lençol, não quis acionar o serviço. O banheiro tbm mesmo depois da limpeza, quando chegávamos da praia tinha fios de cabelo no chão mesmo tendo sido “lavado”, mas ao meu ver isso não é nada demais assim.. A área de lazer é bem legal, a sala de jogos, piscina e sauna! O único ponto a melhorar é a limpeza da piscina, ela é cheia de lodo nos azuleijos e cheiaaaa muito cheia de areia no fundo. Duas noites vimos a piscina passando por “manutenção” porém vimos a pessoa q estava limpando os azulejos limpando somente os q ficavam visíveis do lado de fora 🤭 eu voltei com muita coceira na pele e creio que seja da piscina.. Ahh o Wi-Fi também não funciona, isso é bem ruim.. Essa questão da piscina e do wifi foi o que mais me desagradou, de modo geral o hotel é bom, eu voltaria! A localização não é tão boa mas da pra ir a pé para a praia de Taperapuan, porém sugiro que se atentem a previsão do tempo pois pegamos dois dias de chuva, e nesses dois dias a rua do hotel virou um rio (mas isso não é culpa deles ne?!) Meu voo de volta era às 19:30 e o ônibus da CVC nos buscaria às 16:30. O checkout é realizado até o meio dia e nos deixaram ficar na área externa do hotel até esse horário, fiquei muito grata por isso! Enfim, conclusão: de 0 a 10 dou nota 7, e voltaria a me hospedar!

Cordialidade e gentileza de todos os funcionários desde a chegada ao hotel. Café da manhã superou nossas expectativas, restaurantes com qualidade e preço justo,todas as instalações muito bem organizada e limpa. Excelente hotel!!!Super indico.

A gentileza dos funcionários é um ponto forte, são comprometidos no atendimento. O hotel pode melhorar a sala de ginástica que possui poucos equipamentos e local muito pequeno. A piscina é boa mas não tão grande como a foto mencionada na publicação. Sauna pequena e o horário poderia ser mais dilatado. Café da manhã de boa qualidade mas se tivesse uma ilha para os omeletes e outros atrativos seria melhor. Voltaria a ficar hospedado com certeza e agradeço.

Atendimento excelente começando pelos recepcionistas,café da manhã completo e deliciosooo com quartos aconchegantes e higiene ótima….quando voltar a Porto Seguro com certeza ficarei nele. Tem van para levar os hóspedes nas praias e de cortesia,simplesmente perfeito!
