The rooms were beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff were incredibly helpful in general, but went above and beyond when I lost my ring and made calls and emails to try to help track it down. Friendly faces, welcome drink, yummy candy, only good things to say. Will definitely be back

Centrally located, quaint with eclectic decor. Friendly, polite staff along with a delicious breakfast and excellent service. Its a small boutique hotel with small rooms and a personality of it's own. A different experience in a good way. Closed to old town and Citadel park.

Overall the hotel and location was good. I was disappointed to find out at the end I was charged over $25 for a very subpar breakfast. It was presented in the check in as it was included so I was very surprised to have to pay, typically you are always told the cost if not in the booking. It felt very sneaky and effected my overall experience and feeling on the hotel

Excellent boutique hotel. Came for a 3 night stay. I was in room 15 ‘Bombay’ which was in the first floor and was a suite, with separate lounge area. Nice shower room and bedroom. The bed was comfortable. Enough hanging Space for a short trip. 2 smart TV’s . Very stylish decor. I loved how each room and a different theme and feel and inspired by different places in the world. The hotel is in a quiet street but only 10 minutes walk to the main square. Breakfast was excellent. Small buffet but also items like eggs, omelette, porridge all cooked to order. Nice coffees. The staff here are very pleasant. No complaints and I’d happily stay here again and recommend.

Staff are friendly, room is artly decorated. Breakfast is delicious. Candy is very sweet too…a perfect experience to live in a hotel warmly welcomed.

This hotel is truly beautiful. Nothing can be faulted with the stay. The staff have been so friendly and more than happy to help with whatever we needed. The room is stunning and is lovely and clean. We stayed in the Paris room and it was very comfortable and the veranda was an added bonus. The room came fully equipped with towels, mini fridge, bath robes, slippers, multiple socket stations, tea and coffee and complimentary L’Occitane toiletries. The welcome drink we received upon arrival was not essential but definitely more than appreciated. We were contacted prior to arrival to check any requirements: dietary, pillow menus, offered books and games in room, even which fragrance we’d like in our room! Would certainly recommend, if your looking for somewhere to stay in Poznan you should book here.

Pos: Very friendly & helpful reception staff, warm welcome. Nice breakfast, good coffee, free apples and sweets that are fun and a very nice touch. Cons: We got the Norwegian room, loved the decor, but it's not the type of room fit for elderly people, 1. The bathtub is very deep and there are no handrails to help one to get in or out. 2. The hand shower did not work, only the head shower that sprayed the whole bathroom and increased the risk of slipping/falling. 3. Reindeer antlers and sloping walls are nice decorative elements, but my husband bumped his head on the wall twice ( in the room and in the bathroom) and I headbutted the moose trying to get to the tea set. ( I believe I am not the first one since the antlers are already glued and repaired.) 4.Not in immediate proximity to the old town centre, neither to public transportation.

Great hotel with a good location, extremely helpful staff and fantastic breakfasts. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were very keen that we made the most of our stay in Poznan and we would highly recommend the hotel
