Hotel Brixen

The worst hotel of my entire life ! I got fooled by the clean photos on *********** When I arrived the man staff of the night of 21 October 2023 was disrespectful shouting racist slurs at me! He proceeded to give me the worst room number 24! There were bed bugs and my body was covered with bed bugs bites afterwards .there was insect flying around he refused to change for me the room. There was only one towel covered with insects ants. I was scared for my safety as a solo female traveler I had to put hangers on the door to hear him in case he comes at night to my room. One word run !!

Everything was going well until the second night when we started to feel itching. It began on our feet when we were barefoot on the carpet and spread all over our bodies during the night. On the third night, everyone in the room was bitten, and we initially thought it was mosquitoes. On the last day, we finally managed to photograph a bed bug on the bed and zoomed in; there was no doubt anymore. We showed the bites to the front desk employee during check-out, but when we contacted the manager Vaclav through messages, we only received rudeness. He called us liars, humiliated us, and was incredibly unpleasant! We spent 60 euros washing all our clothes, endured days of itching and pain, and even lost a day of our trip. I do not recommend it at all! Tudo estava indo bem até a segunda noite, quando começamos a sentir coceira. Começou nos pés quando estávamos descalços no carpete e se espalhou por todo o corpo durante a noite. Na terceira noite, todas as pessoas no quarto estavam picadas, pensamos que fossem mosquitos. No último dia, finalmente conseguimos fotografar um percevejo na cama e ampliamos a imagem, não havia mais dúvidas. Mostramos as picadas ao funcionário na recepção durante o check-out, mas ao entrar em contato com o gerente Vaclav por mensagem, só recebemos grosseria. Ele nos chamou de mentirosos, nos humilhou e foi extremamente desagradável! Gastamos 60 euros para lavar todas as nossas roupas, sofremos com coceira e dor por vários dias e ainda perdemos um dia de nossa viagem. Não recomendo de forma alguma!

Amazing service and clean rooms. The parking is quite tight so keep that in mind while renting cars. Older style yet roomy. The walk to the centre is about 15-20 minutes so its at an amazing location. Keep in mind the ac does not work so it’s gets quite warm, i kept the windows open for a breeze at night.

My room number 42 was different from my friends rooms. I haven’t the kettle, the fridge, the safe box, the light switch, close to the bed. They have them. Besides the door entering the room was broken. The first day they did not clean my room. I had only one towel and no shower carpet. At breakfast orange juice was disgusting. The last they we were talking to the reception man about fixing taxi, for leaving. He said he did do not talk to me, but only to my male friend, because he is from Monte*****, where men talk to men, not to women. This is racism. Eventually he reserved transfert, for airport, telling us to pay to the driver, only by card, maximum 700 crowns. Actually the driver asked for 1100 crowns, only by cash. We had only euros. The change was 1 euro= 25 crowns, it was 44 euros. He applied 1 euro = 20 crowns, and he asked us 50 euros, he robbed us.

Buona posizione è possibile raggiungere i principali monumenti sia con la metro che ti lascia vicino alla scalinata che conduce al castello, sia piedi. L'albergo è confortevole, bagno pulito, manca la cuffia per la doccia La colazione accettabile, poco dolce, però c'erano 2 tipi di brioche, molto più varia la scelta salata. Possibilità di acquistare la mezza pensione

Fui con el cole, horrible, no ayudaron nada, manchas por todas partes (de sangre también), ruidos, pitidos en las habitaciones, baños sin cosas básicas como platos de ducha, colchones incómodos, horrible, sencillamente horrible, no hay otra palabra.

La verdad, todo bastante bien,buena habitación, buena localización,pero, nos atendió una chica que nos trato fatal, le preguntábamos y respondía con tono borde, y después el desayuno fue horrendo, había veces que no reponian el desayuno y se quedaba ahí toda la noche hasta el día siguiente ( o por lo menos es lo que creo) Por lo que he visto, todo el mundo ha dado muy buena opinión del desayuno, pero debe ser que los propietarios tienen una mala semana y no han podido hacerlo mejor. En general bien pero tiene sus contras.

Es un hotel bien situado, precio ajustado. Desayuno buffet penoso. Platos y vasos sucios. Recepcionista rubia, maleducada, soberbia, inepta. Mis hijos la apodaron "la bruja". No ayudó en nada...sorprendidos por su mal caràcter, la pusimos a prueba, pidiéndole ayuda en algo muy simple. Recibimos un no por respuesta. Un hotel que no trata bien a sus huéspedes, no merece estar abierto. Gracias Bruja!!!
