Hotel Praga 1

The hotel was very centrally located. good accessibility to all attractions, close to public transport, the hotel itself is a historical building, the staff is friendly, the room has everything you need,,breakfast is standard

The location was really good, very clean, nice bathrooms and towels. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really nice with a variety to suit most. I would definitely stay here again given the chance.

I like it a lot, very easy area. The hotel room is big and clean. Their breakfast is very good too.

Located in a very convenient position for reaching the city centre (15 min on foot). The staff is really nice, and available for any queries. Buffet was rich boh in sweet and salty food. It was a really pleasant experience and would definitely choose this hotel again for a next trip to Prague.

When we first got there, the person at the reception was not welcoming at all. It felt like we were bothering her right from the moment we went in. When asked about parking, she said there was nothing she could do about it. There wasn’t any parking and we had to figure it out on our own. When I told her I previously contacted the hotel and I was told we could park at one of their sister hotel, she rolled her eyes and made a phone call to arrange parking for us. She wasn’t friendly at all. Other staff members were amazing. Kind, helpful, friendly. The room was spacious. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. They need to be replaced with new mattress. It was two sleepless nights for our family we were so uncomfortable. We travel quite a bit around Europe and these beds were by far the worst we had in the two years. Throughout the hotel there is a very strong moldy smell. We had to keep all windows open in our room even though it was super windy. Shower was small and hard to control the water temperature. My kids struggled to wash themselves as it would be extremely hot or icy cold. Breakfast was good. Nice to have it included. Location is amazing. Walking distance to so many attractions, restaurants, etc. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay again or recommend it to anyone.

The hotel isn't 4 stars it's more like 1/2 stars. The breakfast buffet was really nice but unfortunately in the basement.

Older place larger open room. Bed too firm for me. We had lackluster greetings from staff. It's 20 plus minutes walk to the center. Costs for food has really gone up past 2 years and restaurants are adding service fees that I'm calling new tourist taxes. We went for Christmas markets they were just okay and very few store fronts decorated with lights. The historical architecture is stunning!
