VN3 Terraces Suites by Adrez Living

Excellent location and amenities, can cook since there's a kitchen fully equipped with pan and utensils but we didn't cook. Was really upset with the check in as there was no one at the reception when we arrived at 8 pm +. This was supposed to be self check in but I didn't receive any information on the room number and door code. The confirmation email and pin code from Trip.com did not work. There is a notice at the reception asking us to call them but this is very inconvenient for tourists. After calling them, the staff claimed that the registeration was incomplete and we spent 30mins filling in some online form which could be done in advance if the hotel emailed us earlier. We only manage to check in after 9pm and couldn't get dinner at many places since they are close. McDonald's and Burger King are nearby for those who encounter the same issue. There is a Christmas market just below the hotel too.

房間本身挺不錯的，很大還帶廚房，位置極佳，步行到查理大橋15分鐘就行。但是入住體驗堪稱災難，首先酒店在一棟街邊商場的樓上，外立面沒有任何標示牌，很難找到。第二，攜程預訂完收不到店家的郵件，不知道入住密碼，如果你沒有能打本地號碼的電話或者what's up是聯繫不了酒店無法入住的，衹能通過攜程溝通，效率低，白等半個小時。我們連住兩天，中間也不來打掃衞生。

Absolutely disgusting!! This hotel is infested by silver tail/silver fish and they don't seem to care at all. The silver tails/silver fish were all over the place, and for those who don't know, they tend to destroy furniture and clothing. We tried to contact management regarding this issue and they seemed to not care at all. They let us switch rooms, but that room was right next door to the previous one and was even worse than the first one. During our second day we could even hear people in our previous room which means they don't seem to care about this infestation at all. Our stay was supposed to be 3 nights, but we left and found a new hotel that was much nicer. Thankfully they were willing to refund us for the last night, but that was after I made around 5 phone calls and finally got to speak to a manager. We were going to leave after the first night, but the manager gave us 20 minutes to check out which was not enough time for us to pack up and leave. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

So lovely and spacious. Bed was super comfy. Bathtub was quite big! Loved that. Would have stayed forever if I could. Happy housekeeping tidied our room for us we really appreciated it and did not expect it. Would definitely return if I were to visit Prague.

Central beliggenhed, dejlig stor lejlighed med aircon, daglig rengøring. Perfekt for en storby weekend

Great location and nice big apartment. Would come again to room with the balcony, great views.

Stayed here in March and it was brilliant so we booked to come again, this time however it is so noisy, it's after midnight and there's shouting and laughing going on and as there's no one on site we've no one to complain too, this has happened every night and it shouldn't be allowed.

Excellent location, always busy and felt safe with access to everything needed. The room was great, very large compared to a hotel room. Clean and ideal, only point is you are responsible for the room yourself so if you need anything there isn't anyone around but that didn't bother us but could see it being a problem for extra towels etc. Would defo go back
