The location was quiet, the room was spacious and very clean. The employees friendly and received good service.

The room is as shown in the pictures. Location is good and safe. Breakfast is superb!

the apartment is located 10min away walk from the beach and in a perfect area - not too far from the main street and not too close to be disturbed by the traffic. The small garden in front of the apartment entry makes it even more convenient to just sit outside in the evening and enjoy a drink. Syd's also offer the option of breakfast and dinner to their restaurant/terrace which you walk through to get to the apartment. The food is tasty and price wise is also ok. I wish we would have had a schedule of when the restaurant is open as it seems it's not open every day. The apartment is clean and the fridge was filled with local beer and water.

Very quiet location in Praia. Superb breakfast...with very friendly service. Shower had only cold water...

Excellent stay..really peaceful and quiet. 5 minutes away from two beautiful beaches …amazing breakfast everyday..and tacos in the restaurant were very very good!

Syd's place is perfectly reccomendable, top clean, super friendly, fantastic breakfast, fast and good communication, just very very nice here!!

The property is a small guesthouse with 3 rooms in a good area and close to the beach and some of the luxury hotels and is well priced. What was disappointing was the lack of engagement /interaction of staff. On arrival we were given a set of keys and essentially that was it . The owner is Sydney who I think appeared at brunch the following day but as she did not introduce herself to us not check how we were during our stay we weren't entirely sure. We were the only guests. In the evenings there is no one at the property and this was a little concerning particularly as there are multiple keys for access and barbed wire around the perimeters. On a positive note there is a lovely brunch served on weekends and taco nights that locals attend. The courtyard is lovely for relaxing.

Beautiful guesthouse, near the best beach in Praia and Syd’s breakfasts were so good that even people not staying there came for her food. Would highly recommend.
