When I checked in I had asked the clerk what the cost would be to add an extra night to the stay and I was told it would be the same price as the nights I had already book so I added the extra night, we got to the room it smelled like mold and the bathroom light switch was broken into sharp pieces and there was no toilet paper. I informed the front desk and they literally didn’t care. On the day that was added on we found ourselves locked out of the room and building, so went to the front desk and the lady there said the extra day was never added and that she had to re-do the reservation and do a new check in. She handed me a new bill for the night that was $40 more a night before tax. When I told her about what I was told price wise she said it’s not her fault and I could talk to the manager Gavin in the morning but I still had to pay it right then. The next morning I TRIED talking to Gavin the Manager but he didn’t want to hear me and didn’t care at all barely even looked at me and talked to me like I was nothing. In the end he slid a paper to me and said oh look I gave you a little bit of a discount that should make you happy.
