Holiday Inn Express & Suites Prince Albert - South

Beautiful new property. Lovely room. Great breakfast. Only issue is you need to authorize your peloton so that people may actually use it!

It was very good. The hotel is new so everything is still very clean. Very good breakfast. We liked the liquid soup and shampoo available in a pump bottle rather than a bar of soap which gets tossed after guests leave. The pool area felt a bit cool, but it is a large room. The water was clean and the hot tub was not foamy like at other places. The water slide was not operating at the time but we never found out why. Very quiet area. The entrance/exit lanes coming from Highway 6/ 6th Ave E are a bit confusing as to which lanes can be used for entry and exit. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a really nice new hotel and the staff were very kind. It was very unfortunate for that there are a crew of people working on the new rink next door that are loud and very disrespectful. We stayed on the 3rd floor for our childs hockey tournament. He is 8, we also have a 1 year old. These disrespectful people had horrific music cranked all afternoon until about midnight. With swearing and other stuff my 8 year had never heard. This crew of people, including a rory and gary, were screaming and fighting in the halls until about midnight. We, along with other families we know, called the front desk multiple times to complain. They kept talking to them and asking them to keep it down. The police showed up and were waiting for the hotel to give the go-ahead to kick them out for a long time. These people were extremely belligerent and our kids were kept up most of the night by them. The hotel was gracious enough to not have us pay for our room which we are thankful for. Long story short though, this crew that is working on this rink is still staying on the third floor in multiple rooms and until that rink is done, i would avoid this hotel.

The beds and pillows are extremely comfy. The staff is very nice and accommodating and it was just an overall great stay.

This hotel is brand new and is a terrific place to stay. The room was very spacious and clean. All of the necessary amenities are provided including breakfast! Loved that the coffee machine in the room was a Keurig. It's location on edge of city makes for a nice quiet place to stay. Highly recommend!

The hallways were crazy noisy all day, all night. Constant door slamming and kids screaming at the top of their lungs.

The staff was extremely rude and the room was not as described. No photos are available online and it states a separate room for the king suite. It was a basic king room with sofa bed. The front staff was extremely room after we decided to extend our stay so we decided that we will not rebook here again. It’s on the very edge of town with no view.

Very dirty, spit all over elevators and staff weren’t helpful at all.

Our stay was very peaceful, clean and quiet. I had the best sleep!
