Quality Inn Princeton

Understaffed which resulted in our first room not being up to standards, but they replaced the room quickly and efficiently to a better one. We've stayed here multiple times and noticed a difference the past few with the overall quality. It's nice if you are passing through, but if you are looking for an extended stay I def wouldn't recommend.

It was very dirty smelled like smoke . Someone tried coming in our room if our door didn’t have the lock crossed it they would have gotten in. There were no extra blankets in the room either

Staff was very friendly! Lobby was nice and clean and smelt nice. Room was terrible!!! As soon as you walk in you can smell air freshener trying to cover up the smell of cat pee. The smell gets so bad in the room its like youre sleeping in a litter box. It was 11pm, we had been on the road for 14hours we just wanted sleep and many of the local hotels were fully booked. The beds are tiny but comfortable. The rooms look clean but the smell is horrible! Walls are paper thin. It sounded like someone bouncing a ball down the hall at 630am. Breakfast was ok. Waffle machine, 2 cereals, bagels, biscuits and gravy. It served its purpose but nothing great. Area is beautiful but I would never stay here again due to the terrible smell of the room.

The staff was friendly & efficient. The room was fairly clean (Carpet was dirty) & the hallway smelled musty, again, I think it was the carpet. Nice variety for breakfast but the coffee was horrible!

Horrible! Noisy, dirty shower. Room smelled like people smoked in it. Floor was sticky. Exit locks to the building are all broken. Door in room was hard to close and looked like it could come off at any moment. Could hear people clearly “not sleeping”. Doors opening and closing all night. Parking lot was not lit well. Main ID sign was broken. The absolute worst hotel night. Not worth the $135 a night! Stay clear.

Should have known that our stay would be interesting when checking in. Probably not the best idea to play true crime videos on the lobby TV, especially ones about murders at a hotel. Strange choice of entertainment in a hotel lobby. We stayed here for about 12 hours. Bed bugs bit our son in the middle of the night, hotel tried to move us to a new room. That room had the shower curtain physically pulled out of the wall with dry wall everywhere. Outside security door kept being propped open with a rock (reportedly 4 times in that single night). Several room doors propped open with security latch at 0300. All in all, pretty shady. We decided to move out instead of trying for room #3, which they promised was an upgrade to a room with a soaking tub. On a positive note, both people that we talked to at front desk were friendly and apologetic. Have asked for refund from through ********** and Quality Inn corporate, still have received zero reply to the ********** agent our myself for these inquiries.

Used plastic cup on sink, blackout curtains broken and we were on the first floor. No staff at checkout so we couldn't relay our concerns

Our stay was comfortable. The room was clean. We were given an upgraded room for no extra because first room was not what i said i wanted. No frills hotel, though.

I reserved and paid for a king size room but when I arrived they only had double rooms. They said ********** should adjust my rate as it was over $30 more than the double room I stayed in. ********** refuses to refund me the difference saying it is the hotel's fault even the hotel gave me a receipt showing the price of the double instead of the king.
