We are just back from the most amazing 11 days holiday at this gorgeous hotel. My first comment has to be about the best, friendliest, kindest, most helpful staff we have ever met...huge well done to absolutely all of you. Secondly the hotel is just so perfect, we had a suite which looked over the pools and the sea it was beyond beautiful. The sea is the clearest bluest water we've ever seen. The food.menu changes daily which is lovely as it keeps it interesting, it is all so nice.we would highly recommend this perfect place...we will be back

Well having just returned from an 11 night stay and it’s the first time we went straight to travel agent to rebook for next year!! Absolutely amazing!! Staff couldn’t do enough to help and please, rooms were spotless and food was amazing every day. Just a tip, take some elasticated clothes for second half of holiday as food was soooooo good! The service around the pool was perfect. A special shout out to Ahmed. Always smiling. Great location and minutes to bars and entertainment. Well done to each and every one there and Thankyou so much for a perfect holiday. We are celebrating our silver wedding next year and we were planning a cruise but not a chance now. We will see you next year

Our fourth visit to this amazing hotel and I fully endorse the previous positive posts of the hotel. We love the tranquillity of the hotel, no loud music around the pool or loud entertainment in the evening. It’s a small hotel, around 80 rooms, mainly couples and you can make new friends on an evening, sometimes lifelong, or just keep yourself to yourself and relax. Unfortunately on this visit a group of 20 arrived and totally destroyed the serenity of the hotel. A group of 20 has a massive effect on the dynamics of a small hotel especially when their intention was to have a very drunken rowdy time without any consideration to others. The pool, at times, became out-of-bounds they played their own music, often very loud, meal times were very unpleasant with people trying to constantly laugh and shout louder than others. I love this hotel and will be back but I HOPE that the management realise the GEM they have and can VETO such large groups arriving again.

Wonderful time. Lovely faultless hotel. Beautiful view. Quiet. Great position. Nothing negative at all! Staff are so customer facing. Management superb. Food, drinks, pools, sunbeds, room service all 5 star. Have already booked next year!

Second visit to this lovely hotel. Having mobility issues it’s the perfect size for me to get around. It does have ramped areas to get around. Excellent check in & nice bubbly welcome drink. Few steps then a lift to rooms. Welcome gift of bag, two luggage tags & jar of sugars fruit. Bottle of Prosecco in fridge. Large bottle of water every day. One side sea view for hubby & me. One sea view for son & GF. Both lovely rooms. Immaculately clean. Comfy beds. Nice shower. Ample storage. Quirky coat hanger provided additional hanging space shaped like branches which I hung bags & kaftans on. Arrived in the evening & went straight to dinner. Restaurant has ample indoor & outdoor seating. Food is varied & excellent. Service here is exceptional. Eggs cooked whichever way you want at breakfast. Omlettes cooked fresh to order. Such a variety! Staff are friendly & attentive. Dennis looked after us very well thanks! Up early to get a sunbed. It says no towels before 8am but guests do put them down. However I did mine around 8 when the restaurant opened so I could go straight for a coffee before the family joined me. Still plenty of choice for sunbeds. The bar staff run around serving you at your sunbed all day. Water is available in the fridge if you want to help yourself. Fresh towels daily. All staff are friendly & helpful including gardener/maintenance & lifeguard. The lifeguard saw I arrived just a bit too late to replenish my towels as they’d all gone -so he went & got some. The hotel is just as described so what you read is what you get. It’s 1 min from fig tree bay & even closer to a boardwalk where you can dip in the beautiful sea! We dragged ourself away for a couple of meals at local taverns but it would be very easy to just stay in the hotel. Only thing I’d comment on is that it would be nice to have a few comfy sofas or bigger comfy chairs in the area near reception, they are metal chairs around round tables. Bit uncomfortable imo. The outside bench seats were very popular & there’s a few sofas there but weather was still 30 at night .Therefore comfy inside seating would be good with the air con . Also parasols that tilt as it’s difficult to turn sunbeds to get shade sometimes. It was unexpectedly 30-40 when we were there. Fabulous holiday-thank you.

Hotel rooms were a lovely size and I booked a sea view which was amazing bed really comfortable the rooms could have more storage for clothes. Staff so happy and friendly always willing to help. Food 10/10 brilliant choice every day and freshly made.

Enjoyed a week at this adults only hotel with a large group (20) of friends. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with daily maid service. All staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was amazing although we were only here a week I guess the menu might have been the same the following week, but there was plenty of choice. We also found there was plenty of sunbeds or day beds available, although we're not sure how full the hotel was. Also the mattresses on the sunbeds were nice and thick (4") and very comfortable. The hotel is right next to the sea with a beach adjacent. We didn't go on the beach as we enjoyed the pool area, but it looked nice with plenty of beds, which I imagine you pay for. There are a number of steps down into the sea which are very popular. The town '*****' with bars and entertainment are only a 5 min walk. Would definitely consider returning.

Once again my 2nd visit what a stay yet again. Food best I've ever tasted snack menu brilliant love Chrispy chicken burger. Carvery night Sunday love Italian night far East night. Best all inclusive food I've had and drinks great service brilliant always asking for drinks. Staff all great and reception staff special mention to Ozgul and Repaara and the guys on. Will be back definitely maybe not next year but I will be back
