Hotel Corallaro

What a wonderful place. The Rena Bianca Beach wasn’t as pretty as a lot of the Sardinia Beaches but beautiful and just down the hill. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable about what to do in area. Sadly we were there during gala winds that shut down even the ferries but the town was beautiful and their pool very sheltered and again the staff was great! The town is up a steep hill but every night it was a fun place to be. Thank you!

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and speaking at least 4 languages. Beautifully decorated with much attention to details. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was superb! Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area or waiting for a ferry. We were bummed out by our ferry being cancelled and this hotel really raised our spirits.

Lovely hotel in an unbeatable location. A stone’s throw from the stunning Rena Bianca beach. Seems to be family run with excellent friendly service. Pros: - Quick and easy access to the beach which is beautiful. The hotel has loungers and umbrellas in their own private section of the beach which you can purchase for €50 a day (2 loungers and 1 umbrella). White sand and crystal clear water. Nearby snack bars and restaurants so you can spend the whole day there. The beach has limited spaces available so it is not packed. - Lovely pool, with bar service available so you can spend late afternoon lounging there after for aperitivo after a day at the beach. - Friendly helpful staff. - Free car park - lovely town and staff helped book fantastic local restaurants for us - Fantastic facilities (showers, toilets, changing rooms, luggage storage) to use after you have checked out if you have a late flight. So you can use the pool or beach during the day with no worries. Cons: - Bedrooms don’t have the most tasteful decor though the bathrooms are nice. - Breakfast finishes very early (9.30am) and is pretty average, though if you arrive a little later there is still some food available. - Many rooms have a view of the car park so not the nicest if you wish to spend time in your room or on the balcony. - The pool closes for 2 hours in the middle of the afternoon (due to poolside lunch?) which is frustrating for kids.

I loved my stay here. After visiting Rome & Florence it was great to come stay in this town and the hotel couldn’t have been better! Every staff member I talked to was AMAZING. Our flight in was delayed and we didn’t end up checking in until around 1am and they were so pleasant when we got there, making sure we got into our room right away. They also helped us with dinner reservations - getting us a same Day reservation at what seemed to be one of the popular restaurants in town, as we saw tons of people get turned away while we were there. AC & elevator work great, pool, bar and restaurant are all wonderful too!!

We have just returned home after a fantastic holiday at Hotel Corallaro. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean with fresh towels daily. The staff can’t do enough for you with a special thank you to Antonio, Max, Giancarlo and the team for looking after us so well. Perfect location for the stunning Rena Bianca beach as well as a short walk up hill into the traditional town of Santa Teresa with a lovely piazza surrounded by bars and restaurants. The 4 of us stayed here for 4 nights in 2 rooms next to each other. The room had plenty of space and bathroom was of good size and the AC worked great. Location was excellent. The beautiful Rena Bianca beach was only about 100 meter walk down a driveway with a restaurant nearby for lunch/dinner/gelato. The pool was decent size and very nice. Beds were comfortable and service was great. Salvo and Giovanni at the front desk spoke very good English and provided outstanding service. As did the woman bartender/pool service area person as well as Giancarlo at the restaurant. We had breakfast at the onsite restaurant and it was outstanding. Plenty of choices from eggs, bacon, toast, desserts, fruits, yogurt, cereal, juices, coffee, etc.. We didn't eat dinner here because too many good restaurants in the area. We rented a car so we could explore the island. We ventured nearby to the Capo Testa and the Rena di Levanta and Rean di Ponente beaches although they didn't compare to the Rena Bianca beach with all the services (bathroom nearby, lunch places, etc..) so best to just stay put. You can rent umbrella and chairs from the hotel in advance although they are a bit pricer than the ones offered right at the beach. Passes to get onto the beach come with the rentals otherwise can get them online in advance or the day of from there just as long as you get there early enough. The beach is so lovely with the sandy area surrounding and enclosed by cliffs. Just gorgeous. If there's anything that really bothered me it was that you had to keep your beach/pool towel with you the entire stay and if you exchanged for a clean one it's 5 Euro per towel. We decided on the last day to swap them out but thankfully never charged the Euro. Maybe they just say it to keep their laundry cost down so everyone isn't exchanging towels daily but still for what we pay for a room a new towel daily should be included. Aside from that this hotel has a lot to offer, especially with it's location. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We really liked this hotel. We stayed in mid June with our 18 year old son. The family room was a decent size, with a door separating the bedrooms which worked well for us. The hotel is in a great location right next the fabulous Rena Bianca beach. It's also a short walk into the centre of Santa Teresa Gallura but be aware that it's a steep uphill walk. ALL the staff are friendly and helpful, the service is excellent. The breakfast was a nice continental buffet. We also had one evening meal in hotel restaurant which was good. The hotel is spotlessly clean, I think it has the cleanest swimming pool I have ever been in! All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

What a wonderful small hotel - just the sort that we enjoy and would love to return to! We had to make a sudden change to our original itinerary for this trip so didn't research as much as usual and were "resigned" to staying somewhere that wasn't our first choice. How glad we are that we made this change! From our first step inside, we were constantly surprised and pleased with the staff and how easy they made everything for us. They found us a boat trip, gave detailed information on the beach setup (something that was very new and people who arrived uninformed as to the reservation system on the beach were very unhappy), suggested really wonderful restaurants, and arranged a taxi to take us to the train. On top of that, the service in their restaurant was so pleasing - we loved that by the second day we were brought our preferred cappuccinos without even asking. I was impressed by the housekeeping as well since I knew that we were tracking sand in with each return trip from the beach and yet our room was always spotless after the daily refresh. Santa Teresa Gallura was a wonderful place to explore this part of Sardinia and I will always be so glad that a change of plans brought us here!

We liked this Hotel so much that we returned for a second stay at the end of our trip. The bedrooms with Seaview are lovely, comfortable beds,fabulous view, quiet in evening. The bathrooms are nicely decorated, with a small window in shower cubicle allowing view of the sea. Breakfast was adequate. All of the staff (at reception, bar , restaurant ,pool) were very accommodating.Relaxing on sunbed at solarium was v nice, quiet, view of sea.Beach is short walk. Council charges 3,50€ pp to visit the beach from June 1, bring some money or card with you to pay.
