Having visited Sardinia once before I had a good idea of the area we were staying in. This was my first experience at Hotel Porto Puddu and it was an outstanding place to stay given its location and the incredible warmth and service shown by owners Manuel and his father. The rooms met our needs with kitchenette, shower, washer and cozy secluded back yard area with patio. The morning breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of choices including fresh fruit, eggs and yogurt. This is a family run owned and operated hotel with an amazing dinner and take out Italian restaurant next door. While the Hotel was not right on the water, it was quieter and a short walk to nearby attractions. I would certainly return for another stay at Hotel Porto Puddu where I know I can count on Manuel and his father to provide us with warm and family like accomodations!

We had a great two nights here. The best thing us how friendly and helpful Manuel is. The hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast is provided. Restaurant next door is v good. It's a 10 min walk to the beach (windsurf, a little more to kite spot but not far) and another restaurant, bar, shop etc. They do airport transfers too. The photos on here do not do it justice. We would happily return.
