I went with some friends to Cardo Boutique & Wine Resort for a tasting dinner among the vineyards. The setting is truly unique, romantic and suggestive. Themed street food menu absolutely delicious with pairings of equally excellent local wines (some truly a surprise). Also the cost very reasonable considering what was included (unfortunately there are always people who have never been out of this city who judge without knowing that in another city the same menu would cost much, much more). The venue has also some rooms where to spend a stay in the peaceful setting of the countryside but a few steps from the beach and the city center. Definitely a place to return to :-)

Il resort è immerso nel verde, frutto di una ristrutturazione davvero molto bella. La SPA è deliziosa, così come la piscina esterna. Il ristorante offre piatti davvero molto buoni, classici in chiave moderna che non deludono assolutamente. La colazione è un momento di pure coccole. I vini prodotti dai proprietari sono molto interessanti, così come i salumi. La pulizia andrebbe leggermente migliorata.

Una posizione splendida in mezzo ai vigneti. Cortesia e gentilezza da parte dei titolari. Una area Spa molto ben tenuta e la piscina esterna molto carina. Abbiamo cenato, sono stati molto cortesi a preparare un menù degustazione vegetariano e tutto era veramente buono, per non parlare dei dolci di alta pasticceria accompagnato dal loro ottimo vino. Consiglio questo posto perché si sta molto bene si stacca veramente la presa dalla quotidianità, poi gestito da giovani con entusiasmo

Incuriosito dalla tanta pubblicità che compariva sui social siamo andati a provare il posto . La location non è facilissima da trovare . Il servizio ha grandissimi margini di miglioramento e non ci ha lasciati soddisfatti , così come il mangiare . Il tutto accompagnato da un conto finale eccessivo . Sicuramente Non ci torneremo

Siamo stati in famiglia per un week end ottime le sistemazioni con caffè e acqua a disposizione. La piscina immersa nel contesto tra vigneti e boschi del Carso è un oasi di relax. Unico consiglio che mi sento di dare a chi legge è che a giugno è possibile ritrovarsi in cerimonie di matrimoni ospiti della location e la quiete del luogo viene disturbata molto… tanto che noi siamo scappati dalla confusione di musica a tutto volume, karaoke stonati e grida approfittando per una visita a Trieste a soli 30 minuti dall’ agriturismo. Tornati la sera abbiamo ritrovato la pace tanto apprezzata. La colazione servita all’aperta con vista sui vigneti è una goduria ricca di cose buone genuine e tutte di produzione propria anche il pane! Il ristorante è ricercato, caro, ma non all’altezza di come si presenta, il mio aglio e olio era senza sale e poco spinto così come il maiale peposo materia prima ottima ma di peposo non aveva nulla. Un plauso a tutto lo staff in primis alla gentilissima Valentina e poi ad Alfonso attento e premuroso con tutti noi e anche con il nostro cane che ha ricevuto l’accoglienza e le attenzioni e la tolleranza che speravo. Grazie ancora per l’accoglienza e continuate cosi!

Ein tolles kleines Hotel, sehr schönen Zimmern und ausgezeichnetem Restaurant. Besonders nett, klein aber fein ist der Wellness-Bereich. Die Chefin uns das geamte Personal sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Herrliches Frühstück. Im Restaurant kann man man hervorragend essen und die hauseigenen Weine genießen. Das Hotel ist in herrlich ruhiger Lage, ein Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen
