we arrived about 8:00 and everything was prepared and ready for our evening.
The late check-in went perfectly.

There was no breakfast and no staff. Wasn’t given any indication that there would be no breakfast until we arrived and there was a note on the desk. Ceases to be a “Bed and Breakfast” when it’s only delivering half. Should only have charged half price.

The mansion was kinda cool and interesting with history behind it. The down stairs area looks like a restaurant with stone tables and is beautiful and you can see into and walk around the kitchen. Which makes you think the breakfast part of the b&b is going to be the best part, but we couldn't find anything in the itinerary about breakfast or instruction. We had no contact with anyone except a phone call telling us our keys were on the front desk, also the entire time we were there we never saw another person employee or guests. The breakfast ended up being a brown paper bag with a juice, muffins, apple, and granola bar in the fridge with no note or instruction. I felt like I was doing something wrong by taking it.

Great stay at a nice and cozy BB in Provo, UT!! The host, Sharon, was extremely accommodating and took very good care of us.
The room was very clean and tidy. A unique place to stay outside of the "normal" hotel.
Breakfast in the morning was fantastic and homemade.
Highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future if I make it back to Provo.

The parking lot was small. The room we stayed in ((Kitty Hines) looked to be the smallest, which is really my own fault in booking it, but there was little to no room to move around the room in. It was advertised as a queen, and I'm fairly confident that it wasn't (maybe a full/double?) The room had a tiny TV and not in a good spot (not sure that could be fixed though). There were some renovations happening which dampens the experience a little. Aside from those few things, the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. The host was great. The rooms are cool looking. Wife loved it and wants to come back. Just probably not in the same room...

Great staff. This was our first trip here. The room we got was gorgeous but had stairs and i have limited mobility. They were able give us another room. To my amazment the new room was as pretty as the first. And with no stairs made my trip perfect. The staff went above and beyond. The food was great. The bed perfect .. it was so nice to feel "taken care of".

Wonderful place and people. Unique and very comfortable. Wishing we had stayed longer. Just missed minor things like lacking toilet paper in the room and forgetting the key upon our arrival.

A lovely site but this room was a bit less than what we had enjoyed previuosly. It would be nice if the entry to this room was spruced up a bit (an old bed frame was leaned up against the wall near our door; entry was made by going past the Inn's row of trashcans).
Staff was attentive to our needs and made adjustments for us when it was needed.

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and it was wonderful. Our room was great and they had an excellent breakfast for us the next morning. Very friendly people working there as well, we had a nice chat with them during breakfast. We would stay there again if we're in the area.
