Hello My passion is tourist around the Poland. I love travel in autumn. It's beautiful weather then I was to Pruszków. This is a small town near Warsaw. I was staying at the Hotel Victor De Silva Pruszków. In this area is many beautiful places to visit. In Pruszków and other villages and towns near this. This hotel is a good idea to small trip in weekend. Hotel Victor is lockated near Pruszków WKD railway station. The three-star hotel is a great place friendly for everyone. In this hotel is professional and helpful staff. My room had everything I needed. This room was very clean and inside had 4 big windows so in room was very sunny and beautiful view. Hotel Victor De Silva provide 6 fully-furnished conference rooms that are excellent for use by business plannig on holding a training course or business meeting in this restaurant and irish pub. This hotel offers 6 conference rooms, 370 m2 conference area, high quality equipment, remodelled space, facilities gastronomy and safe conferences.

The building looks nice. The person at the front desk was rude and hostile. Then I asked if there is a tea kettle available and he said ”you're invited to our restaurant”. I repeated my question and he said again ”you're invited to our restaurant”. After about one hour, I gathered the courage to go to the restaurant where a very nice Ukrainian worker gave me two large cups of hot water. This didn't go unnoticed - the receptionist followed behind me to my room and kept lurking. It was kind of creepy. This person should not be employed in the hotel industry. The room was very average, relatively clean. The water pressure in the shower is very strong and water hot. The parking is free, which was the main cause of staying here. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the morning was very welcoming and friendly. I asked for an additional towel and received it immediately. In the room, there is only one towel per guest.

The location was bit odd as it was too far from most of the things like restaurants and etc. However, the lady at the counter helped me a lot by ordering deliveries and etc. The room had no noise proof - could hear next door talking in a average noise and a baby cried at 3am.

I stayed recently at the hotel for the timeframe of mid-march 2022, and enjoyed the food (loved the artichoke pasta dishes and the turkey club sandwich with bacon), and the hospitality. For us English speaking folks, it was very easy to communicate with the staff, both at the front desk, and with the bar / wait staff. The staff was respectful, and were willing to help you with any reasonable request. From assisting me with booking train tickets on my laptop for local trips, to scheduling COVID testing for my flight home. The staff was very friendly and considering the present environment was very generous with their time. I would go back in a heartbeat, as it is close to a local grocery store, their rooms have a large safe, easy to accommodate a laptop, and a small refrigerator. The rooms are relatively sound proof, so if you are mostly active at night vs. the day sleeping during daylight hours this is not an issue. If you do go to the local grocery store, just a reminder, you need to bring your own bags, and you have bag all the items your self, not typically something you see in the US. Everyone in the area walks everywhere, so there are distinct walking paths vs. bicycling paths, and all pedestrians have the right of way in the cross walks. That being said, situational awareness is key, as vehicle speeding signs are mostly a suggestion rather than the rule. Folks park on the sidewalks, as no one parks on the street. Almost no one except for tourists walk with their phones out, as locals keep a good eye on vehicles and fellow pedestrians. Overall I would like to thank the staff for the generosity, and help with some of the simple tasks that I found challenging due to the language barrier, overall making my trip a success. Chose this hotel again after I had to travel with an injured foot, because I couldn't think of a more perfect place for me. It has a free shuttle from the airport; nice girls at the reception speak multiple languages; the rooms are very clean, everything is new and modern, and the best of all - the beds are extremely comfortable! The restaurant had minimal service this time because it was Easter (my fault for not looking it up, but I also wish the hotel would put a note about things like that on their website). But I was quite happy with what they offered anyway. No complaints there. Plus, they make great coffee at the reception! I asked for a room closer to the elevator, and I was accommodated wonderfully. They ordered me a taxi and it arrived on time. Perfect trip in every way.

Hotel rooms are clean and clean. However, there is no water in them where the mineral bottle seems to be a standard. There is no glass room, so only a plastic cups are available. Support in the reception with the weakest cell. You are not interested in guests chewing the second breakfast, no contact with eyesight. The parking fee was doubled, but after the mention the amount was returned, but I didn't hear a word sorry, or even a gram of confusion that the service pages. It is clean, affordable and a good location, but it is definitely not enough to consider the hotel a good one.

The hostel is really super and directly at the old town. The next bus stop is about 200m away. To Warsaw Centralna you are running about 40 minutes or you just take the bus or the metro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get tips for food and activities. Also, from the hostel is always offered programs on Wednesday to Sunday evening. In the garden/terrace you can easily meet other travelers. We were in a double room and that was really nice. It was clean and had a closet and shower and toilet. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the third floor was very low and the mattress was already somewhat through. Eating is not available in the hostel except for snacks, but some drinks. The kitchen is very clean and has largely everything you need. As well, lift is helpful when you bring baggage. All in all despite the two small “deficiencies” very recommended. I would book it again.

The hotel is just perfect. Located close to main roads, easy to reach by car. There are enough parking places, even underground parking provided (paying). Team is very friendly, even in the bar (lady spoke only Polish). Got a room upgrade to a big suite which was big, stylish with comfy bed (sofa bed was also good enough). Glasses triple glazed, no noise at all! Good selection for breakfast, with good quality. Best porridge I ever had in Poland. Train and bus stops next to hotel, city can be reached in 20 minutes.
