Great hotel, I would say its the best around the area. During my stay, staff was always kind and ready to help. I felt very comfortable because of hospitality. Its great place to relax and catch a breath.

It is a three star hotel with three star conditions. Nice decor, fresh linen. Very nice staff. I like the bathroom very much. Very tasty food in the restaurant. The only problem is street noise.

the booking was done one month prior checking in date with the request of a baby bed for an 4 month baby. by arrival the receptionist looking at the baby asked if we been informed over the New Year’s party, mine unsure was no so she left and went to speak with the hotel manager, the manager advise her to send us away. this being 29 of December and no where else to go. with not many options we stayed at the hotel. New Year’s Eve we arrived at the hotel around 2 in the morning, the party was very loud in the way as de small baby and us could not sleep, after going to the party room and ask for how long more the party was going on they have informed me that would go till 4 o’clock and he would speak with the manager to let him know we could not sleep. at 4 o’clock the party did not finished, I went to see the manager and he got agressief and want it to kick me out of the hotel with my family because in Poland this is normal to have a party and you should not complain about it.
