ソカロから徒歩5分以内ですし、ホテル自体もすごく綺麗でした。
フロントスタッフの方も優しく、まさかメキシコであの価格でこんな綺麗なホテルに泊まれると思っていなかったです。

This hotel was not as advertised. We were received with rudeness by the receptionist, not given the rooms we booked, and to say that breakfast was included was a lie. We were forced to carry our luggage up to the second floor. The receptionist lied to us saying we couldn’t have the rooms we expected were booked, yet there was no one else in the hotel. Unbelievable!!! Do not stay here !!

photos are one thing, property looks very different in person.... i reserved a room with a street view, when i giot there i got what appeared to be the maintance room... luckily they own other hotels i the same street and were able to acomodate me into something siomilar to what i booked. because of that incident i might now stay there again!

Room, while not large was very well arranged. Large shower. Clean and quiet. TV did not work, nothing solved after several requests. While not of hugh importance, would have been nice to view. Great location.

Not a large room, but arranged well. Great bathroom. Cleaning service each day.( Towels and bedding do not need to be changed if only staying two nights.) The bed was comfortable, but pillows not comfortable, too lumpy. Our tv did not work, did not seem a concern with the hotel.
Great stay overall.

Curtains in the hotel door instead of sheers because anyone can see in to the room.
And there was no shampoo and conditioner.
Otherwise great stay!

This was an interesting little hotel. From the outside it blends in with the perpetually worn and crumbly storefronts that are so common in urban Mexico. But the room was a complete surprise. Everything was modern, comfortable, and worked well. I was in an interior room with no windows, so I can’t vouch for street-facing units, but mine was totally quiet, secure, and had an effective ceiling fan. The room was well-cleaned and woman at the desk was thoroughly welcoming. She spoke English, for those who need to know. Finally, the hotel is literally two blocks from the center of town, which is stuffed with shopping and eating options.
