Excellent hotel located right in the heart of Puebla downtown. The room was clean and the service at the front desk was courteous and prompt. This is really one of the best values in Puebla and would definitely recommend for anyone travelling on a slightly tighter budget!

Good hotel with basic services close to the Zocalo area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty clean and the room had plenty of room and was in good repair. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel did not hold the reservation and was fully booked when we arived, forcing us to look for another ooption at midnight.

As soon as we walked in the door, the experience started off on a bad foot. We were assigned a room that had not yet been cleaned and then we were relocated to a room full of visible mold. We requested to be moved but when asked if we used anything in the room, I communicated that I used toilet paper to blow my nose and flushed the paper down the toilet. We were then accompanied by staff to our room to confirm if the room was in condition to be changed. They walked in and immediately said no because the toilet paper was touched. After going back to front desk, I was called a liar about the bathroom when I had mentioned that prior to going upstairs. If that was going to be an issue then we shouldn’t have gone upstairs in the first place.
They mentioned changing our room the next day but no effort was made to do so.
All in all, this was such a horrible experience starting with the trea**ent of the staff, to the condition of the room, and on top of that super noisy throughout the night and you can’t even sleep.
