Horrible customer service I showed up extremely tired from driving all day at 11PM. Just wanted to get my room and crash. I walk in the lobby and the mask wearing front desk agent completely ignores me until I tell I'm here to check in. He runs my card says declined, drops it back in the slot then goes back to ignoring me as if I'm just going to go away. Turns out my bank had just put the money in wrong account, but getting treated like an annoying cockroach as a paying customer left a bad impression, his propensity to glare at me every time I walked through the lobby didn't improve my opinion of the establishment either. I will be avoiding Super8 by Wyndham in the future, and go infest some other hotel where they won't see me as an infestation in the first place.
