+ Great views from the apartment, location . - Low level of cleaning. The apartment was tired, all basic and in need of some TLC.

We had a great stay! Everything was up to standard for the price we paid! The location was super and so close to everything! Will definitely return! Room was cleaned 4 out for 5 days! Pool was lovely and had good value for money cocktails at the pool bar

We couldn’t have more disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the apartment, the general condition is extremely dirty. We did all the things your supposed to do, we contacted the reception desk and our holiday representative, none of which made any difference. I’ve taken photographs as proof of what we experienced and sent them to our Jet2 Holidays representative who appeared to be shocked. This accommodation is nowhere near good enough to be on offer as a holiday destination. On the positive side, I have to offer our praise to the gardener who takes great care to keep the grounds in an immaculate condition & the location of the apartments are good however none of this can compensate for what we experienced in the apartment.

Plenty of beds around the pool for everyone, quiet and very clean both in rooms and around resort. Very close to the front and on the last day we found the back door directly opposite the shopping centre Great location for a bit of everything The team running the pool bar were fun and dud a great breakfast each morning 👍👍

Wow what a great hotel. So clean, quite, safe, and the room we stayed in was huge. Our room was just above reception. We had a large kitchen, dining and living room space. Out bedroom was just as big with good size wardrobes, drawers and beds. The bathroom had two sinks, bath, hairdryer, shower and toilet. We had a sofa bed in the dining room which our son used. Behind the sofa was double windows over looking the sea. Our room was cleaned each day, we could get new towels if we placed the old ones in the bath. The kitchen had a new kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and an induction cooker. All clean and easy to use. We had a double fridge freezer which was brilliant, the induction job worked so fast it was so quick to cook things. We had use of an oven, grill and a microwave cooker. Staff on arrival was so lovely and helpful. Always said hello each day. Very helpful when needed. Pool cleaned, quite and guards on daily. Loads of sun beds. We went to both pools and had no issues at all. My only grib is people putting their towels on the beds and clearing off for the day. There is rules to say they can’t do this. So just move their towels. The hotel is handy for everything, shops, bars, restaurants and the port. We’ve been to lots of hotels over the years all various kinds. But it was hilarious how clean and quite this hotel was. Our room was so big and clean it was great. Did not have any concerns at all. I made various meals in the room without any issues. Omelettes, lasagna, pizza, salads and fresh sandwiches. The freezer worked well and chilled drinks ready for the outings the next day. I’d definitely recommend this hotel it was a great stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic right in the middle of the old town and new also there is a gate at the rear of the hotel giving excess to the shopping centre and also bus stops, the apartment is nice and spacious and clean also great balcony plus a lovely view of the sea. 2 great pools with plenty of sun loungers available and quiet

Second stay here and I would stay here again. Couldn't fault this place it's brilliant, the location is great, everything at your doorstep! Rooms ate spacious and clean! Would come back here again! The staff are really friendly and will do anything to help. Thanks for a lovely stay

Very spacious room with pool and sea view. Delighted that there was also a safe in the room. Location is excellent, between the old town and the *****. The grounds and pool areas are immaculately kept . The staff are very friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely and we will definitely book here again.

Brilliant overall experience will defo return. Great location in between old and new town and walking distance from everything. Very safe area. Staff were friendly. place was very clean and reception was extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone coming to lanzarote
