El desayuno impecable. El personal también. La habitación es mínima, y no funciona internet, lo cual hace todo dificil cuando vas con niños porque si hay mal tiempo y no hay pileta climatizada ni internet... se complica.

Great hotel with a perfect location by the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well priced. It has a wonderful buffet breakfast and a complimentary spa visit. Highly recommend.

The attraction of this hotel is its location across from the beach and to local restaurants. The bus station is also a short walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a full service restaurant. There is also secure underground parking. I stored a bicycle there in a rack. I found my room to be clean, the bed comfortable and all amenities. The downside is hearing people in neighboring rooms. Also my blackout shades didn’t close but I used clothespins to secure them at night.

The location of this property is excellent for walking to nearby shops, restaurants and the pier. The staff was very professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us get oriented to the area and to coordinate transportation. The services offered by the spa were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the property is maintained very clean. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel for 4 nights prior to rejoining our ship on a 75 day cruise, based on decent reviews. Very difficult to sleep for 3 reasons, 1. Beds were so soft with sagging middles. 2. Air conditioning does not work well. Could never get below 80 degrees in the room, day or night. 3. A bandstand is located across the street that plays extremely loud music at night. Even with a white noise machine on full volume could not drown out the obnoxious music. The breakfast is nice, but that's a small consolation to not getting any sleep. Find another hotel if you require a comfortable environment.

We stayed as part of a group for the night before our cruise left for the Falkland Islands. Our room was quiet and had a great view of the ocean, but the AC barely cooled the room. The bathroom is very tight, but everything worked well. It was nice to have a mini-frig in the room that kept drinks nicely cold. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a large buffet and the food was tasty.

The hotel is modern large comfortable room very friendly staff very complete breakfast and ideal location in front of the beach .- They welcomed us with orange juice .- a nice attention.-It has wifi in the room and restaurant in the second floor.- -it is the best

Lo que más destaco es la habitación. Amplia. Con cama cómoda y escritorio para trabajar. El baño limpio con buena presión de agua. Los puntos flojos podrían ser la cortina black out que deja pasar demasiada luz para un hotel que está en el centro y el wifi que no era muy bueno. La ubicación del hotel al lado del mar en el centro es excelente. En cuanto a las instalaciones el lobby es muy lindo, aunque los ascensores no funcionaban demasiado bien. Uno estaba parado en planta baja constantemente. En cuanto al desayuno, si bien era variado, la calidad de alguno de los productos era regular, como por ejemplo el melón que ofrecían. Sin contar esos detalles, es un hotel muy recomendable.

Excelente hotel, es la segunda vez que voy a Madryn y no dudo en hospedarme en este hotel por la amabilidad de su personal, la limpieza, la variedad en el desayuno y la califad de la comida en su restsutante, la ubicación...... Sin duda lo eligo todas las veces que vengo a Madryn.
