Abba Presidente Suites Puerto Montt

Hotel is old and clean. Poor dining experience at the hotel's restaurant - waiter is not showing any effort to provide reasonable service

Very disappointed with this hotel especially for the price we paid. Reception staff were not very friendly. This hotel is highly overrated. Carpet in the room was full of stains and bubbled in areas. There was black mold in the corners of tub walls. Hotel is very old and needs refurbishing.

its an old hotel ,no aircondition . people treats well food and breakfast is ok and no more.

The outside of the hotel did not appeal to me at all. The inside is very nice. Parking can be difficult. One of my party has Celiac disease and cannot each a lot of items. The restaurant was very unhelpful and told her she should have called ahead for items such as rice cakes etc. Also the menu does not accurately show non wheat items or dairy.

The Abba Presidente Suites Hotel is located at the waterfront in the centre of unimpressive Puerto Montt. The hotel was built in 1993, renovated in 2001 and offers 49 rooms over 9 floors. On floor 8 you find the restaurant and on floor 9 is the pool. Furnishings and decoration provide an seafaring a**osphere. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We moved from a street-side room with a bay-view, to a very spacious and more quiet room on floor 3. The adequately furnished & decorated room had desk & chair, bench, dining table & 2 chairs and flat-screen TV and a small separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower over the bath. In the room a separate small kitchenette with fridge, sink, magnetron, stove-top and a limited number of kitchen utensils, plates & glasses. There also was a separate small dressing room with wardrobe & safe. All was very clean. Windows can be opened. Complimentary free Wi-Fi Internet. Wi-Fi is well connected in the lobby, restaurant & pool and connected poor in the room. In the restaurant a buffet breakfast is served with an OK variety: scrambled eggs, cold cuts & cheese, bread & waffles, cereals, milk & yoghurt, fruit juice, rolls & pain au chocolat, tea & coffee. We found the Abba Presidente Suites Hotel comfortable, and we had a good stay. Recommended.

The rooms were huge as were the bathrooms. Great views of the water especially from the restaurant. Nice breakfast, friendly staff.

The Puerto Montt abba Hotel is on the water front designed around an interesting nautical theme. It was clearly built many years ago, but has been well kept and is very comfortable. The staff is exceptional with their knowledge of the area and help and guidance in answering questions. The included breakfast has a nice variety and is served on the 8th floor restaurant with views of the surroundings. Some of the rooms don't have the best views, but overall it is a good value.
