Amazing resort.. the service and food was spectacular. our server was the absolute best. the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful.. there was a few people selling souvenirs.. they weren’t too aggressive which was nice. they sold cigars, bags, scarves at a reasonable price. surprisingly they offered cigar samples which was very nice. i would definitely go back again

Hotel moderno e curato con tutto lo staff al top. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è l'assenza dei bambini. All'arrivo mi hanno consegnato la camera un'ora prima, poi nel pomeriggio mi hanno telefonato per chiedere se andava tutto bene. La camera era piuttosto ampia, con un cucinino separato, un guardaroba separato e il giardinetto fuori. Gli orari dei pasti sono perfetti, è possibile mangiare praticamente a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Il cibo è buono. L'alcol credo che sia diluito con l'acqua, non so per quale motivo. Durante la giornata volendo ci sono varie attività da seguire, che io personalmente non ho seguito. La spiaggia, dove trovate anche un bar dell'hotel, è a 5 minuti a piedi e per i particolarmente pigri c'è il servizio taxi da e per l'hotel. Il check out è entro le ore 13, orario molto comodo. Per i miei gusti c'era troppa musica latina, tra quella trasmessa in piscina di giorno e durante gli eventi serali. E non hanno un servizio di transfer. A parte queste due cosette, sono stata pienamente soddisfatta.

Tout le personnel est bien formés. La nourriture est bonne.La plage n'est pas trop pire mais j'ai vu beaucoup mieux. Côté animations il y a du travail à faire. Resort très propres. Recommandable.
