I did not stay at the hotel with you I have to pay again because trip. Com lied to me when I was there at the hotel they did not keep my reservation like they told me
I book for two adults and kids stay free laying to me because it wasn’t like that. All I want now is my refund back and the money that I had to pay for my son all because trip. Com lied to me
That’s not fair I want my money back

Close to the airport, great staff, rooms not facing pool area are very quiet, buffet was excellent, never tried speciality restaurants, no need! beach was kept clean, water was swimmable but not clear due to wave action. Lots of lawn chairs by the beach. people put a towel on chairs at 7 am by the pool so be early if u want one.

This place is amazing! If you get the chance to meet Domingo or Luz and have the honor of having them as your wait person in the main dining area, you will LOVE them!! They provide amazing service!!! I would suggest to make sure your safe is always locked! I will be back!!

I loved everything about this property except for their Mexican restaurant food. There wasn’t that many choices and none of it felt authentic. Other than that, everything was amazing. I will be coming back.

Staff very friendly, the lobby beautiful and rooms are very clean. A lot of entertainment to keep you busy all day.

I went on a solo birthday trip. The resort overall wasnt bad. My room was terrible. It was not thw room i booked. There were two double beds i was supposed to have 1 large king. I was told i could wait u til the next day and switch rooms or they could send someome to pusj the beds together. Food was terrible. And good luck.makomg a reservation which is required for.the restaurants you mist doxit in the AM. I could not wven have a birthday dinner. The room had roaches.
