The place was ideal for what we both wanted , near to the dive centre , beach and then to town

We stayed at Maracaibo Aparthotel for a week. We had a nice apartment at the 5.th floor with a wonderfull seaview. The staff was very proffesional and helpfull. Cleaning every day. Nice restaurant in the poolarea. We Will be back that for sure.

A lovely hotel where we love to stay. However, we were bothered by other people's smoking when we were lying by the pool. it's so uncomfortable to lie in smoke for a whole day. The signs says no smoking, but no one enforces it and the staff is indifferent. Otherwise a nice place.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment, staff were amazing, unfortunately my ear ruptured on flight over but the wonderful chambermaids changed our bed everyday because of blood! They were so friendly and whole block was immaculately clean, you could get so helpful and friendly staff anywhere,highly recommend

Great hotel/apartment have stayed here last 5 times we been in Puerto Rico , we always get the 2 bedroom apt & has very spacious & nice big beds aircon in the rooms is a plus for me & great big balcony over looking the beach & sea , staff are lovely & very helpful , it’s in great location with back entrance that can bring you down to beach .

The beds are hard, there are few sunbeds, the food at the poolbar is ok, but not more than ok. The smoothies are good and the staff at the reception is very serviceminded. The general information (code to gate/sunbedspolicy etc) could be better. Rooms have some pans and kitchentools. The hairblower is very good, but both shower and fan in bathroom was broken/ not the best. They fixed the fan quickly. Not more than 3 star hotel.

The hotel Maracaibo was clean, tidy and inviting. Good beds, good kitchen and always hot water. With cleaning every day which also included new towels, our stay was very good. Some negatives - The chairs on the balcony were not good for relaxing - the reading light in the bedroom, directly above the bed in the ceiling, was very uncomfortable and when the chef fired up the grill there was a lot of unpleasant smoke that affected us by the pool.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The location was perfect, close to beach, shopping center, restaurants, bus station, and mini market. Negatives were that the Wi-Fi was not working well, and the staff didn't do anything about reserved sunbeds.

We are satisfied with our stay at Maracaibo. The floor in the apartment should be replaced to avoid somone from hurting their feet. We are satisfied with the cleaning of the apartment (6 times a week). The pool and bar area was nice, and we are satisfied with the notice that it is not allowed to put towles on the sunbed early in the morning without using it.
