IG Nachosol Premium Apartments by Servatur (Adults Only)

We stayed in the IG Nachosol Premium Apar**ents the end of April 24. The complex does not have a 24hour reception so our transfer brought us directly to their sister hotel a short taxi ride away, we were quickly checked in and a complementary taxi organized to take us to our apar**ent. The apar**ents are very clean and spacious with a large balcony area out front, make sure to book the premium apar**ents. The kitchen area comes with a fridge/Freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Bed linen is changed once a week and towels can be changed every day except Wednesdays and Sundays. Pool Towels can be hired for €10 (refundable) and changed daily for an additional €1. There is a small salt water pool on the roof with plenty of sunbeds. We really loved this spot, sunshine from 8am every morning and a short walk down to the beach. The staff in particular were extremely nice , helpful and happy, Nancy in keeping the place spotless, Nic for maning the reception and I didn't get the name of the man who checked us in originally but all were really great .

We arrived late on a Wednesday night and had to check in at the Nachasol Atlantic hotel (across the mountain) we were greated with a warm welcome and a complimentary taxi to our apar**ent. On arrival we were delighted with the views of Purto Rico and the roof terrace was stunning! Throughout our week the aircon in our room was greatly appreciated however some thicker walls may be required due to the noisy couples at night. There was a wee shop just down the road which came in handy, only wish the room had a freezer we could have stored ice cream in! 10-15 min walk up the hill from the town center although would recommend a taxi as it is mostly all up hill. Had a lovely stay will be back!

Was impressed with the cleanliness of apar**ents yaizosal. Used hotel once for dinner. It was well presented and delicious Unfortunately I took Ill and went at night to reception to try get a doctor The night receptionist was rude and unhelpful He told me to go back to my room 8 hours later no doctor Called again about doctor and dayshift receptionist was fantastic My gripe is with the night receptionist who was rude, lazy and insolent The night before my husband had forgotten the number to get into complex The same man let him in then demanded 10 euro He got nothing Team were great except for that one team member

We are Here at the moment Apar**ent is spacious with a very large balcony (pay for the upgrade), 2 sun loungers a table and 2 chairs all very modern. , rooftop pool again all modern loungers and 2 Balinesa four poster beds in back. Views are of the marina and are stunning (see picks), These are self catering apar**ents your kitchen has 2 rings , toaster, kettle, fridge, Aircon and a large shower/toilet with double his and hers sink/basins, there’s no bar or restaurant but your 10 mins downhill walk to all the biz Puerto Rico has to offer. (Get a taxi back €4) large security door at front and 3/4 reception staff do different shifts so always someone about to ask for anything,there very accommodating especially Jesus (hajuice). The hard working Maids come in every day except Sunday. Fresh towels ect. Also beach towels available @ €10 refundable deposit each and you can change for fresh ones every day if needed. It’s quiet as it’s adult only but we were her for some quite time anyway. I would come back with no hesitation. If for anything ‘ the view ‘and it’s modern and very clean ,

Absolutely stunning. The rooms the view the pool all good, very clean really recommend this place! I would come back !! Only thing would be perfect if it had complimentary coffee and tea. The apar**ent it’s fully equipped to cook and eat for 2.

Just back after amazing week apar**ents are si spacious cleaned every day while we were there breakfast very good only fault was Jacuzzis few people there bad mobility so hard to get in and out really need to consider putting bar in nearer where you get in and out

This was our first time to grand canaria, and going self/catering, and we absolutely loved it! The apar**ent was spotless and our sea-view was incredible! The staff were amazing, including the cleaner who was so lovely. Special mention to Jesus the manager, where nothing was to much trouble for him and helped us with everything we needed. There is a nice shop just a 4 minute walk from the complex, which we bought lots of essentials from. It’s only a short walk into the busy town of Puerto Rico, which had lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Genuinely loved every minute of our stay, and have just booked to go back next year to the exact same apar**ent complex. I can’t recommend this place enough! Hi I'm due to arrive 19/04/23 at around 1:30 am. what is the process for check in. I've been told we will have to check in at the hotel but our transfer is dropping us at the apar**ents. Do you provide a taxi to take us to check in and back to the apar**ent as its a 17 minute walk and seems like a lot of messing about so early in the morning?? Many Thanks Aimee

Basic apar**ent but provided everything we needed. Excellent power shower and double sinks were good. We didn’t select a room with a terrace and didn’t miss it as went to beach each day - 30 minute steady pace walk away. Lack of receptionist wasn’t ideal but was able to telephone number posted on wall and they sent someone over. Rooftop pool area was clean and never had many people at it. Includes to Cabana type beds at no cost. Location is around half way between sea level and very top. Hard to avoid in Puerto Rico. Dino 5 mins walk away. Would recommend for a basic, clean apar**ent.
