Renhold var ikke bra. Det ble ikke vasket en dag av ferien vår og dusjen var tett. Vi fikk nye håndklær, men de tok ikke med de brukte.
Noen av de ansatte ga god service og andre gjorde ikke… var veldig varierende.
Hotellet ligger høyt oppe i fjellet, tar tid å gå hjem fra stranda.
Kommer nok ikke til å velge dette hotellet igjen…

Hola me gusto personal camereros muy amables un abrazo para ellos y no me gusto personal de resepcion sin respuesta a nada esperando a check-in una 1hora, alojamiento horrible parecía un desastre en baño caiendo agua de techo hemos vivido con obreros a sí hotel nos monto puente de fin de semana y sin esplicacione algunas se pasaban de nosotros.

Property was in a good location with nice views and good swimming pool. However the food and drinks quality was average at best. Specially for the veg options (hardly anything). At times the staff did make us a veg pizza but could have pizza in afternoon and evening every day of our stay. So basically average food with very little veg choices. Drinks in the all inclusive were average at best. All in all of for a few days stay at the price but could be better if they look into more better options for food and drinks. Apart from that free parking was available just few mins walk from the property and reception staff was good also.

The riosol is very dated and in need of renovations no air con in the 1 bed apartments and they give 1 fan if available! Should have a fan for every room. Staff in reception very helpful but the service is very slow always queues in reception. Pool is lovely and clean can get beds from 830am, its early but not as early as some places. Snack bar food was fairly priced and happy hour on local drinks 4-5pm was good but not openly advertised so only found out after 6 days into holiday. We paid to use the roof top pool twice which was a lovely area but couldnt understand why not all beds didnt have a nice mattress? The second time someone went in at 10am put 1 towel on a double sunbed with mattress which is fine as he paid but he never returned all day as we left at 5pm and it closed at 6pm, his towel should have been moved to a single bed no mattress but thus wasn't monitored. 8 days of the holiday we had no use of the lift as it was broken so we endured many steps, just glad we were only half way down and not right at the bottom. For what we paid I would say the standard of the hotel was reasonable but many improvements are needed at this hotel to make it a more pleasurable stay.

My family and I were on holiday for 2 weeks - First time at Gran Canaria. We had booked 1 week at the Riosol and it was the intention that we should book another hotel after the first week. But we liked it so much that we decied to stay at Riosol the whole stay. It has a beautiful location with a wounderful view over Puerto Rico. The food in the restaurant both morning and evening was buffet and very versatile and good. The swimmingpool is also nice. The staff are friendly and helpfull. The only thing to talk negatively about is: There is music all day at the swimmingpool and it would be nice if it was quiet some times.....The hotel is very worn out and needs a loving hand, but it is Clean and that means everything for us.....We would come back at anytime again....
PS The area is stairs stairs stairs..... so if you are in bad shape or bad walking - this is not the place for you....

Dinner on half board was terrible , limited vegetarian options . Breakfast options were much better. Apartment was not clean on arrival, ants on floor. Overall more like a 2 star hotel.

Do not even consider going to this hotel food is terrible,staff rude food freezing cold birds and fly,s everywhere nothing covered up

Three star hotel, so we did not expect much The apartments are in a bad shape, shower drain blocked , which I discovered while taking a cold shower due to heating problems. We requested help regarding the blocked drain, without a success (they said they would come, but did not).
Everything about the apartment needs to be restored. Sewer stink was in the apartment (perhaps because of the drain), but also outside, leaking pipes).

This place has 2 elevators, but only 1 of them is working, long waits to get in and out,
Place is clean and the front desk guy is very nice… long walk to beaches but the views are amazing,
