B&B Hotel la Rochelle Beaulieu Puilboreau

It's ok here,the rooms are becoming shabby,needs a refurb,decor in bedroom s is quite drab.

Bonjour, Je suis arrivé sur place on m´avait dit que j´avais pas un réservations a cette hôtel mais a 8km de la. B&B hotel la Rochelle Angoulins sur Mer 12 Av des fourneaux 17690 Angoulins. Je demande un Remboursement car cela ne pas normale et je suis pas parti a cette hôtel car c´était pas la ou je souhaitais réserver

Hated the automatic Checkin, door didn't work to get out, had to wait for someone to come in. No coffee, no tea, no kettle for hot water.

Our stay in this hotel was OK, except all the codes and passwords to enter in.

I prepaid for my booking on CheapTickets.com but the receptionist said that I have not paid the full amount. In my booking confirmation, it clearly states that I have paid and the remaining amount to pay at the reception was just the local tax. I tried to show the receptionist the confirmation, thinking that maybe he would investigate further but he just insisted that I have not paid without even bothering to look at my booking confirmation. Extremely unhelpful! I had to call CheapTickets customer service and they emailed the hotel. Once the receptionist saw the email, he realized his mistake. However, not even a single word of apology from him. Delayed our check-in by more than an hour! I have always prepaid for my hotels so that I can have a swift check-in, and this is the first time I had problem checking in. And I cannot emphasize enough on the rudeness and attitude of the receptionist. If he allowed me to show the booking confirmation and checked further, maybe he would have realized I have prepaid and I did not have to go through the trouble of calling CheapTickets.

Un accueil inadmissible à l’arrivée . Le code ne fonctionnait pas car la porte était bloquée . La dame à l’intérieur n’a jamais voulu nous ouvrir alors que la chambre était payée . Il ne faisait pas très chaud dans la chambre

Endroit plus que correct. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Bonne insonorisation. En revanche, ce qui a un peu gâché le séjour c’est que contrairement à ce qui est mentionné, on nous a refusé le paiement en chèque vacances sur place. Faites attention !

bon sejour pas de tapis de bain pas de boisson retrouvé sous le lit des gâteaux !
