Laguna Redang Island Resort

We loved our stay at Laguna Redang Island Resort. The hotel is well maintained. No complaints about our room. We had a view of the pool, which was beautiful. The beach is clean, with crystal clear water. I'm not normally keen on the sea but it was calm, clean and very warm. While the diving and snorkelling day trips are out to sea, there are few people around, so sun loungers are readily available and the water is yours alone. The food was very good. We had a more upmarket meal at the onsite SteamBoat Restaurant on one night. There is a bar along the front of the hotel, selling beers and cocktails. The canteen style restaurant has an outdoor/indoor feel. My only negative thought is that it is sometimes quite busy and a mass catering style. We chose to eat in another hotel on one night, as a change of pace. I would recommend the hotel and would come back again.

Services is tiptop from Tamadun Islam Jetty until check in- in which our luggages were well taken care of. Instructions were clear. Food was nice, just that i wish there’s an area for wet customers so we don’t have to change into dry fit for lunch and rechange to wet attire for afternoon activities. Location is suitable for family with minimum noise especially at night. Definitely recommend!

The location was amazing. Near and clean with great service. Kids friendly. Will definitely recommend it.

Everything is taken care seamlessly and smoothly despite large number of travellers. Food is really delicious. I like the snorkeling trips. But less personal touches, the staff look stressed.

Beautiful, water so clear, catching the sunrise at 6am was worth it,we had a great time , definitely will come again .

Good food, good location, good customer service and baggage handling. Everything about them is on the A+ side. I was not keen to have my holiday on redang island, for all sorts of reasons. But Laguna Redang Island resort has changed my mind. Recommended for the first timer who wanted a peaceful holiday and treated like a king.

The food was not up to the standard. drinks like Teh Tarik is awful. the amenities are all chargeable. might as well the travelers go to Club Med which you have better experience and free show at night.

Room looks pretty old and lack of cleanliness. The food was still okay.

Would have been a perfect score if the management controlled those disrespecful Chinese group tourists. Smoking immediately near non-smoking area, spitting at dining hall, casually jumping the queue, yelling at me for claiming my allocated table etc etc... Horrific.
