Serenade All Suites - Adults Only Resort

Loved my stay and loved the property. Everything was new and the staff was so nice and accommodating, would definetly return!

The service in all of the restaurants was consistently excellent. Things I didn't like......we ordered room service from breakfast a day in advance and it never came. The reservations we had to make for dinner weren't correct in the sense that we were told you didn't need a reservation for the Asian but when we showed up they told us we did need a reservation. They were also going to charge a fee of $70 to switch the bracelet to the other wrist which was exuberant! Then we lost power for hours one night. In addition, we constantly didn't have enough towels and when I requested more things for the room it took hours with no one coming. I requested again and it took a very long time for anyone to come to the room. We had to request our fridge get restocked as well.

I would highly recommend this property! The resort is absolutely gorgeous with the aesthetics, the staff are very friendly, and they made some really nice accommodations for my birthday. We stayed on the adult side, but had access to the family side as well. I would definitely bring my kid back once the water park opens.

The resort was a well designed property that offered unique fun experiences with a collection of pools seating areas and bars.

This is not a 5-star resort so do NOT be fooled by their fancy photos and promises of good restaurants. No transportation from the airport unless you pay a fee, the check in system is so unclear, you aren’t shown where anything is and there are no maps, menus or guides anywhere. The liquor is super watered down, the power goes out a lot, woke up one night to an endless fire alarm blaring for seemingly no reason. It’s SO loud everywhere all the time. They just blast music so you can’t escape it unless you go in your room and even then you can still hear things- and it’s a perpetual loop of Lady Gaga Rhianna and every classic American song that is sure to induce craziness by day 3. THE FOOD WAS INEDIBLE, OLD, WARM, GROSSSSS! And I enjoy a ham/mustard sandwich for reference. The reviews are forced by the staff on the day you leave and they hover to make sure you leave a good one. The staff is RELENTLESS and you can’t go 15 minutes without being asked if you want to purchase events, spa packages, pictures with live animals that looked miserable and scared. The beach is no private oasis, it’s a mediocre beach with a sub par view, and it’s crawling with people trying to sell you stuff. Day 2 you get hunted down by salespeople who try to sell you a timeshare for the place and they waste half of your day and don’t take no for an answer, if you see someone coming at you with a clipboard, run! The waitstaff/bartenders were attentive and kind, pools are beautiful, and it’s very clean.

Beautiful resort. The staff were amazing, to name a few: Domingo Rosario, Rosie, Nutella, Engger, Abigail, Jose, Delvis & Elbin. Definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back soon.

Absolutely loved our stay at Serenade All Suits. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of employees that spoke clear and fluent English. Everyone who worked there was so kind and ready to assist you if you needed help or even recommendations on excursions to go on. The food was incredible and there are options for just about every dietary restriction you can imagine. I never left any of the restaurants still hungry. WiFi was a bit spotty but overall satisfied with this resort.

Wonderful smallish resort but very spacious. Never felt too crowded. Staff is really attentive and happy to make your stay the best the can, especially Pineapple! They live up to all of the hype in other reviews. Resort was super clean. Buffet was delicious, even if not a ton of variety during our stay. We didn’t get to try the a La carts except the Asian which wasn’t very good. Otherwise a great resort!
