This hotel have terrible employees especially supervisor not even friendly very rude disrespectful we had problems with our reservation because for somehow the third party did not inform the hotel that we had 2 kids so the supervisor of the hotel that night called Carlos refused to let us check in if we do not pay them kids as adults as it was as triple price that we paid so we had to go checked in to another hotel for them to find out with their reservation teams due to the fact that we came late so the next day this same supervisor and other staff did not even apologise and talk to us as we are nobody so disappointed and disrespectful not even try to give us discount or accommodate us
Very very bad place even though the decor as stunning
Food was not good as had an allergic reaction after eating something which I never ever had allergies in my life

The resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment.

Really big property, staff was really nice only restaurant staff seemed little rude at few location's. Ocean view was amazing, Entertainment nights were fun too. Only thing I was really disappointed at we went for my friends birthday but we never got birthday cake even after asking 3 times at guest services. Everytime I will walk down to front to ask them they were like it will be coming to your room. But it never came and we had to check out without cutting her cake which was really really disappointing. Overall we had great time

It had more than enough to entertain and feed two children for almost a week. The response team could use a little improvement as we requested a crib in an upgraded room and it took a lot of time, but the resort is enormous with plenty of guests, so it was sort of understandable. I have to give the rest of the staff there a huge shout-out as they left an imprint on my entire family.

The resort itself is nice but mainly for families. We booked a master suite and upon arrival we were put into a junior suite. We weren’t told of the downgrade and it wasn’t until we mentioned something that they acknowledged we were downgraded and informed us they couldn’t accommodate our room until night three. Jose and Justina were complete gems and the only reason we enjoyed our stay. We did book privilege so didn’t have to worry about reservations which was nice. The room service is NON EXISTENT. We called the room service to ask for more bottled water since our mini fridge wasn’t not stocked. We waited five hours and kept calling to check the status of the request and were hung up on numerous times. We ended up having to go to the front desk and asked for the water and were told “sorry it’ll come to the room when it does” completely unacceptable in our eyes. If you’re okay with no room service, being lied to about rooms, being scammed into a two hour time share tour then this is the place for you! If not I would highly recommend booking your vacation elsewhere.

Overall was a great stay. The one issue we had was the reservation system for meals. It could be improved greatly by either having an app or being able to book more than a day in advance. Aside from that the staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach was beautiful. Great spot for families, there is a nice water park for kids there.
All in all we would rate this property a 4.2 out of 5

Enjoy it! Rooms need touch up, feels like they rushed to finish it. Flooring in the washrooms wasn't so great, shower was dark want any lighting.

The rooms were very clean and the staff that cleaned them were excellent. The staff at Mikes cafe work too hard. They need help to keep the line ups down. The managers scolded the staff in the main dining room a lot. It really is a resort for families. I suggest more kids activities in the evening,

First of all, the weather was stunning and outside of our room, we had an amazing time. Our room, however, was a different story. It was so musty and humid that it had a humidifier in it and it would beep at all times if the day to let you know it was full and needed to be emptied…often in the middle of the night. Also our mini bar did not work our phone did not work and the coffee maker was hit and miss. The design of the bathroom was also pooor. When you have a shower there is no lip to keep the water in so it pools all over the bathroom floor. If you put a few towels down, they soak it up. So again, the weather was amaixing, pools were amazing, shows were awesome, food was pretty good (Italian place was my favourite) but the room was not great. They definitely took this place over from a previous owner and. Tried to spruce it up.
