This hotel have terrible employees especially supervisor not even friendly very rude disrespectful we had problems with our reservation because for somehow the third party did not inform the hotel that we had 2 kids so the supervisor of the hotel that night called Carlos refused to let us check in if we do not pay them kids as adults as it was as triple price that we paid so we had to go checked in to another hotel for them to find out with their reservation teams due to the fact that we came late so the next day this same supervisor and other staff did not even apologise and talk to us as we are nobody so disappointed and disrespectful not even try to give us discount or accommodate us
Very very bad place even though the decor as stunning
Food was not good as had an allergic reaction after eating something which I never ever had allergies in my life

The resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment.

전체적으로 만족스럽습니다. 장점은 레이지풀.. 아이들이 정말 좋아했어요. 그리고 숙소 컨디션도 좋았고, 직원들도 친절했고 액스트라 베드 비용이 없어서 좋았어요. 단점은 쇼핑이 조금 멀고, 위치도 조금멀어요. 결정적으로 바다가 그리 좋진 않았어요

1. Dirty beach, they could have hire someone to clean the beach no cleaning was done in 7 days we were there, lots of broken glasses, cigarette butts & lots of debris from the trees & ocean we were expecting nicer beach
2. We had total of 3 rooms none of the shower vents & toilet vents were working
3. Bottle of wine in the room to enjoy unfortunately no wine opener called the front desk but no luck we left the bottle untouched
4. One of our airport shuttle never showed up for us. We asked the guest services they said they don’t work with them and they don’t have any contact information so we ended up getting a taxi to airport double cost for us. The hotel should have all the vendors contact info that are going business in your Lobby regardless what business from A to Z especially local contacts for examples if you’re catching a shuttle to excursion or to the airport or adventures if there’s an accident in the way, or somebody gets hurt, so the hotel can contact the embassy or so we can get some help and disregard the hotel or responsible for all the passengers getting back to the airport regardless of what company or what shuttle company they’re gonna bring in all the guests from the airport into the hotel and back to the airport

Issues with resort made my first trip to Punta Cana NOT a good one, starting at upon arrival. First, we did NOT receive the room we purchased in the pictures on *******, strike 1. Then room was not ready and took several hours to get to our room and we arrived after 3pm. Then “concierge” wanted us to come to a welcome breakfast the following morning, we agreed.. it was a trick and upon arriving we were told to say that we were informed that this is a presentation and we don’t have anything else planned for the day and in return we would get a 30 minute massage. By this time, we were very frustrated but patiently agreed bc we were already at the location and waiting. We ended up being at the presentation for over 3 hours, by the time we were done, it was almost 2pm.
Then there were issues with staff just walking on our room, this happened 3 times; once when I was in the bath and another time my husband was on the toilet, then when we were sleeping… very frustrating!
Then the issues with our room-not cleaned well, hairs on the wall next to the jacuzzi, water was leaking from the bottom of the sink and onto the floor. Corners were dirty and not cleaned. Lastly, to say this is a newer resort, the updating and touch-ups are very sloppy and dirty looking. Our room had excess paint all over the floors and baseboards, the clear bathroom door has white paint smeared and dripped all over it, very sloppy and dirty looking.

I wanted to share some feedback from my recent trip to the Dominican Republic. One of the aspects I love about visiting the DR is experiencing the authentic Dominican cuisine. However, I found that many of the resorts I stayed at catered more towards tourists and lacked traditional Dominican food options.
Interacting with other guests, it became evident that many share this sentiment and are eager to immerse themselves in the local culture through food experiences. Despite this, I must mention that the overall stay at the resort was fantastic. The hospitality of the staff, the amenities such as the pool, and the general a**osphere were truly impressive.
I believe that incorporating more authentic Dominican dishes into the resort's menu would greatly enhance the overall experience for visitors like myself. It would not only showcase the rich culinary heritage of the country but also meet the expectations of guests looking to indulge in local delicacies.
Thank you for considering this suggestion, and I look forward to the opportunity to revisit and enjoy more of what the beautiful Dominican Republic has to offer.

Our room was amazing! Right by the beach, clean and comfortable. Staff was hit or miss but most were lovely. Room service was also hit or miss. As well as stocking the mini bar.
It was missed 2 of our 4 nights. Food was not great by any means. Waited 90 minutes at the Steakhouse for food. Beach is not swimable due to the rocks, unless you walk over to the bay. Drinks were really good. Lots to do. Pools were clean. Never had any issues finding chair's, but pool towels was a different story. We had ours for 3 days because there was never any at the towel station to switch. There are alot of beach vendors which makes it hard to relax. However the vendor market at the resort(every 15 days), they are extremely aggressive, to the point you had to walk way out of your way down the back alley to avoid them. Most annoying thing though was the constant phone calls/texts/emails to see how you would rate them. They would call 2-3 times daily as early as 8;30 am. I was assigned a concierge, but other then booking us a dinner reservation and having the mini bar restocked after 2 day's it wasn't much help. They were supposed to pick up our bags for departure and didnt show up. All in all the resort is beautiful,but i would look at other resorts before i went back.
