Stayed at Dreams Macao to attend a wedding. Everything about this vacation was great. The resort was very clean and had lots to do. The area was perfect and the rooms were very very welcoming. The preferred club comes with a butler that caters to your every need as well. We stayed in the preferred club master suit ocean front and will definitely visit again.

這個酒店是我旅遊經歷中差的之一，我總結一下，1:餐廳很多但每一個都不是你可以享受你度假的感覺，全程5天我都是處在肚子腹瀉的狀態。2，酒店沒有按照規定給你選擇好的房間，按照他們的説辭就是敷衍你，把你整個旅程從快樂變成不快樂。3，如果你沒有準備好小費你將會體驗到不同的待遇，服務質量差到挑戰你的極限。4，房間設備很多都壞的，衹能少數人説英文，還很難懂。任何人都説YES,但是他們其實都不理解，
雖然我事先有準備定了最高級別的房間但是還是遭遇劫難，在這裏我要感謝攜程的售後服務，他們給了我一點點安慰。

VIP offerings were very limited. Butler was not attentive. Top shelf drinks only available inside club. Items were limited daily.

Wonderful staff. Beautiful beach and hotel. Be careful with cats, my kid got scratched but luckily resort has a doctor on site so we were able to get care. Everything was excellent and common areas very clean but we could not get anyone to wash the bathtub for few days so for that reason only I did not give 5 star. When phoning for extra towels those were delivered within minutes and room service is available.

Nice rooms, nice views.
AC wouldn’t shut off so it was freezing in the rooms. Hotel didn’t have enough towels for everyone, not enough loungers for everyone at the hotel, food was served cold. My child’s things were stolen and our lounger spots were stolen.

Staff are very friendly and courtesy. Lots of activities near the main pool area. Different entertainment shows every evening. The resort is clean and my family enjoyed the stay in this resort. .
