Was at the adult only section and the food was amazing . The buffet was outstanding and the staff was super helpful

Tive problemas com o check-in, fiquei esperando 1 hora a mais do que o combinado e ainda me deram o quarto errado, contratei um quarto e me deram outro e não quiseram alterar.

very nice property! Very clean and well organized. Position very close to the ocean. Few restaurants are located in very close proximity to the beach with amazing view thourds the ocean and gardens. All of the restaurants we had dined at were excellent but if I have to pick from all my favorite is Limbo.

The dining options were plenty. But trying to find a spot near the beach or gym was difficult. Chairs reserved for hours with no one using them. Need to be monitored better

The staff and grounds are unbelievable. We had a great team the took amazing care of us. Watson, Hiram, Yseal, Janet. Marlena at pool and Miguel entertainment. Will be back for sure!!

We have been here many times and love the place and staff and will be going back.Would have given them a 5star but had issues with the tv, hairdryer wall plug and telephone.

One of the worst trips and experiences I have ever had. The hotel rooms were full of black mold. I paid for room upgrade, and VIP. Never received any upgrade, or free bottle. I complained to the manager Orlando and he did nothing. The food made me sick, the grounds are un kept, staff is all rude. There is no shade on the beach, unless you tip the chair guy $400 to reserve you a chair under a hut the night before. A big waste of money, and horrible trip. Avoid this hotel like the plague. Unless you literally want “The Plague”. It’s unsafe, from the food, to the rooms.

Where to start.. Had a room on a ground floor, extremely noisy and lack of privacy. The truck would come to offload towels/bedsheets in the middle of the night and the staff would bang with a trailer on the stairs to bring them up. Also the staff would shout to each other across the hallway from the early morning. Do not stay in the corner rooms, as they are the noisiest (although they are considered the best). had to ask to switch the room to the one in the middle of the building. No feeling of privacy, a lot of people walking by from other hotels. Lack of friendliness and hospitality from the front desk. In general, greatly disappointed with my experience, this establishment is a far cry from the luxury hotel it claims to be.

This is our second time. Came here 4 years ago as well. Property has been well maintained and kept up to date. Room was nice for a basic room. There is a definite language barrier if you don’t speak Spanish. We enjoyed all the restaurants except the Italian. Make sure to bring pepto bismol we definitely needed it my husband hasn’t been able to do much the last couple of days. Staff is friendly enough. Bring lots of money for tips it helps you get better service. Beach and pool chairs are an issue if you don’t get up early to ‘save’ them. Drinks are good. Pool swim up can get quite busy and they have limited staff. Night life isn’t the most exciting but there’s lots of Bahia resorts to go to and of course the village has nightly entertainment. Finding a shuttle wasn’t usually a problem. Gym is beautiful and spacious with new equipment. VIP is probably the way to go if you can afford it.
