The hotel is in a beautiful location on the Charlotte Harbor with beautiful view walking/biking trails and parks hotel is very clean and all the staff was very friendly and professional breakfast buffet was better than expected price seamed a bit high but worth it

We loved th location of this hotel and the room was comfortable and very clean. Best shower head ever...lots of water pressure.

Breakfast was nice. I missed being able to make my own waffles; not prepackaged. No microwave to use by breakfast area. In the past there had been coffee containers out in the lobby all day to help yourself to; missed that. Would still stay there again.

New and clean. Rooms were spacious and well designed. Biggest problem was that there was a lot of traffic noise.

I stay at this property every time I am in this area. The staff are nice, the bartenders are great and the overall property is clean.

Very limited parking, front desk said just park on the street. Where? Reply, i don't know. Obnoxious check in process.. rude. Housekeeping threw a ton of chemicals on the carpets in the hallway and proceeded to vacuum in front of our room early in the morning before 8 am! They did this on two mornings. Staff shouted at each other and threw dishes around loudly..disturbing multiple guests. The staff is extremely u professional.

Room was crisp and clean. Comfortable. Staff were very helpful and nice. Unfortunately my room was on the street side and it sounds like a nascar track at time during the night. They do leave earplugs at the bedside to help, so clearly management knows this could disrupt sleep. So I still give high ratings because you can’t blame the facility for the traffic. They clearly try to mitigate the issue as best as they can.
