We had gone to their restuarant for lunch. Their so called customer experience manager accompanied us to the second floor of the restaurant. We were vegetarian and seems though this is both it is known well for its non vegetarian delicacies only. Too late until then though coz we were super hungry and we thought of taking a chance also. The washrooms were ok. Another hint still we chose to let it go. Got the table cleaned and finally sat down thinking to have some good food. Staff is very laid back. No customer attention, lethargic and slow. Had ordered shikanjee which was only soda and jeera powder , not even stirred properly. We had asked them to bring it back and they added little salt and made it a bit edible. The next mistake of ours we ordered cucumber splash. It was literally cucumber splashed in sprite so badly presented. Then came for the showstopper our main course food. Roti which had no butter and looked like rubber and was cold. Rice, vegetable, dal everything was cols and this was after a waiting time of 20mins. We had to ask them to get it fixed and inspite of another 15 mins wait there was no sign of food. Locals were given preference is what I felt. Ultimately after loosing patience we walked out of the restaurant paying them what we consumed. I would definitely recommend the Agarwal veg restaurant next to it for good food.

Third grade service, they take money for 2 full plate prown, but provide only 6 pieces prawn so much lower size rs 838, no one goes this restaurant, third gade restaurant, cash counter taking money without receipt, fraudulent, thief, owner or md i think advised them to do like that

Worst place Nobody came to clean room for both the days after we checked in.. We stayed for 2 nights, first night no electricity...everyone from hotel were on road untill 5:30am. Only 1 person of hotel was present rest all left.we spoke to owner of the hotel at 3am... He told us you can leave the hotel if you wish to owner name Mr. Vibhu. They take 2 hrs to give you tea. They don't have cutlery to give you... Avoid this place...run by foolish people who have no knowledge of how to run hotel.

Deeply satisfied with the Hospitality of receptionist staff & Madam Sushree.Welcome drink is a great thing I never find in others. Staff behaviour is very cordial & helpful. I have given 4 out of 5 because things to be included are complimentary breakfast & tourist guide/transportation. Hotel is new around 2 months.Around 700 mts from Railway station and 1.5 km from Sea beach.

Stay was comfortable but the hospitality of the front office staff was very welcoming. Would highly recommend, great location and convenient. Rooms are very spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities.

Amazing Stay very clean room and ambience.....Great experience..... Perfect for families .............We didn't have food here . Service is nice.... employees are humble and helping and very kind . Overall very nice experience

Excellent property and very convenient to darshn jagnnath mandir . Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Room is clean and has a fantastic time. And specialy close to railway station and beach thank you so much.

Every thing was perfect during the stay ! Staff was well manared they are really help full Pleasee start resturant as soon as possible keep it up guys maintain same services room are well decorated ☺️

Got early check in, Neat room and toilet, Clean bed and linen, Prompt room service, Efficient, professional and polite staff with good communication skills especially Mr. Muthu Krishnan qnd Iti Sree. Above all, the rate is very attractive even though this hotel is s brand new one, just two months old!!. Thanks a lot Namastey for your good hospitality.
