It was a good stay. Near to temple. Rooms and washrooms were cleaned at its best. ! staff was active. We stayed for 2 days, it was a comfortable stay after having darshan for long hours. As we were with pranets. It was a relief to stay there. Few things were good in taste in restaurant, few are not. They need to work a little on that. Remaining all ok.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at royal grand heritage from nov2nd to 5th 2024. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality provided by hour team. Excellent location near to railway station, bustand within 1 km and jagannath temple within 1. 5kms. Excellent dining experience during lunch and dinner. Staff was co operative and most of them speak hindi and english

The staff was courteous. The hotel though small ensures that guest’s stay and experience is comfortable. We don’t consume onion, garlic and ordered accordingly but first time our choice was not respected. We gave the hotel a second chance and the restaurant manager made sure that our food preferences are respected. Thereafter during the remainder of stay we ordered multiple times and found no issues. The hotel is quite near to jagannath temple and we could have multiple darshans due to the proximity.

This hotel is very close to jagannath temple and sree balajee bhojanalaya. Reception and housekeeping staff are very polite and friendly. They provided travel services to visit places around puri. Hotel room and corridors are clean and tidy. Overall very pleasant experience.

Stay was awesome. Specially receptionist payal was pretty awesome. She arranged sight seeing cab for my family at very affordable rates and made our trip memorable.

This hotel was very well managed by both men and women workforce. Very professional behaviour of the staff. Rooms and restrooms were clean and well maintained. Taxi service available right next to the hotel. Taxi owner suryasish also very professional in deals and punctuality. As hotel is on main road straight to temple, many auto available right in front of hotel. Hotel's restaurant food was superb. Very tasty. We ordered all our needs from hotel's restaurant itself. Overall very satisfying stay at this hotel.

It was great hotel, starting from cleanliness to fulfilling our basic needs everything was great there. Staff of the hotel is also gud and cooperative.
