1. Room maintenance is very poor, washroom shower was not working, TV connection was not there for almost 2 hrs on yesterday, 2. Amenities like swimming pool time has fixed like 2 hrs in each day which does not make any sense, 3. Staffs has no clue about the gaps n also shows not interested to resolve the same though several complains lodged. 4.

Fantastic room sumptuous food lovely ambience nice pool & a handy gym. The manager Samuel is very cooperative and ensured everything is taken care of guests. Housekeeping service is prompt. Roof top lounge is the best to hang out & is a perfect stress buster.

When ever i travel to purulia pearltree hotel is the best option to stay indivisual or with family good service with good food rates are also as per the property

It was a very good place over there there was a restaurant were the staff members were very nice and polite. Next the hotel room was spacious and designed nicely the pool was nice and the water was average. Done

Not very effective and cooperative staff. Tv in the room had no channel functional except for some dd and local, complained but nothing happened

Pearl tree, in my opinion, is the best hotel to stay in purulia. I frequently go to purulia and whenever i go, i stay in pearl tree. The location and ambience of the hotel are excellent. The behaviour of the staff is equally good. Their food is awesome and they take personal care. The hotel has 2 restaurants on 3rd floor which are open for the non staying guests also. They have a sweeming pool and a proper spa, apart from gym. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in purulia. The club rooms are very good with a spacious balcony where you can sit, have coffee and gossips. The most beautiful part is, big and branded showrooms of many companies and cinema hall are within stone throwing distance from the hotel. It is situated in a posh area. Dhruba mukherjee

We stayed from 23/2/24 to 27/2/24. Got support from all the teams. Food was excellent and as per our specifications. House keeping was equally supportive. So was front office. Travel desk provided a very good car with very efficient driver ( very punctual. Overall very nice stay.

Property was very good, location in the heart of city. Plenty of shopping outlets and a cinema hall. Food was also good. Just disappointed we were made to pay for early check-in even after informing them in the remarks during the time of booking. Check-in at 1. 00 pm is too late half the day is over especially when 10. 00 am is check-out time. Else all very good.

Excellent stay. Very comfortable and well designed rooms. The pool area is really nice and peaceful. Food was good. A gem in purulia.
