Hotel is clean , staff are ok, food is not bad (not very good either) and the parties on the roof top are fun.
Hotel asks Egyptian residents to pay an additional fees on
arrival which was kind of bargain and unacceptable

This has been my third stay at Il Mercato and I am already planning my return in a few months. The hotel is incredible, the service is amazing and the staff are indescribable, so attentive and caring. I never want to leave. This place has changed my life

Third time staying at this hotel. Staff are great and can't do enough for you, especially mahmad ( mo) at the lobby bar and little Ed that runs the bar on the roof. Food not the greatest but if you want something special just ask and They will cook it for you. The rooms are clean and tidy but bathrooms are looking tired and could do with a refit. Building work going on outside but didn't affect us, they are extending the hotel and the pictures look great, can't wait to come back and see the remodeling.

I must say everything was excellent. The location of hotel is perfect, not to far from the sea! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a good trip. The staffs is amazing and friendly. The food is tasty and fresh. The pool is clean

Best animation team ever , the service is excellent and friendly workers .. clean and well organized I enjoyed a-lot with all of you guys 😍😍😍 I hope to come once more to enjoyed this days again Spending time with you is a time well spent Thank you so much , love you all😍🤗

I’ve stayed here many many times and can honestly say this is the worst it has been in all that time. Rooms not very clean, no toilet roll etc the only saving grace was the ever wonderful Mahmoud saied ( Mildred as we know him) on the bar who is the funniest most friendly and helpful person I have ever met .thank you Mahmoud for making our trip fantastic again

Amazing and majestic Hotel. Rooms lovely and cleaned each day by housekeeping to a very high standard. Anna sorted out our dietary needs which we were very grateful. All the staff were lovely and made our holiday so special so much so we are going back later in the year

Mahmoud Saied, in rhe hotel bar has & is excellent. His manner, efficiency, friendliness is outstanding. We call him Mildred. He is ace. Don't let him go.
