Amazing hotel. Brilliant staff who looked after us from the moment we arrived onwards. Arrived on the first night late, but were greeted to staff who gave us a lovely cocktail and whisked our cases away. We were offered to pay slightly more for an upgraded room which we took. Well worth the money. If they offer you the upgrade just do it. Room was stunning and spacious, huge bed, great amenities and lots of toiletries. Separate washroom and shower, and great view from the balcony. Always kept lovely and clean and some great towel art to come back too!

brilliant hotel. from the moment we arrived we were treated amazingly by all the very attentive staff. room was stunning, very spacious with great sea view. the cleaners are on the ball, never come back to a dirty room and always love to see what new towel animal is going to be left for us on the bed! food was okay, but could be better selection. otherwise a brilliant hotel and well worth the money. if you get offered the royal upgrade for your room just say yes

2nd time we’ve been to this hotel 17 years apart and our return this year was as wonderful as we remembered. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and so well kept. The pools were nice and quite and fabulous for all the family. Special shoutout to Hany at the patio bar. He makes the best cocktails and is so friendly and always greets everyone with a great smile. Also Sammie our house keeper who was always so attentive and polite. Highly recommend the la luna restaurant for a special meal serving 5 courses of exceptional food. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first visit to Egypt and definitely will not be my last. The staff can't do enough for you, they are all so friendly, funny and polite. The food in the main restaurant is OK and basically the same most evenings apart from fish night then they go all out. The Italian restaurant is superb, from staff to food, so worthy of the small surcharge, a must in my opinion 😋. The entertainment staff work tirelessly and once again are really friendly especially Chloe aka Cleo an English young lady who is very chatty and caring. Loads to keep you busy, stretching, water aerobic, volleyball, sports day and most popular foam party every Thursday. The coral reef right at the end of the pier is also a must, free equipment, warm sea and beautiful colourful fish 🐟 . I would recommend this hotel, the staff do really look after you to make your stay a perfect holiday.

Very nice hotel. Many good food. Good and friendly stuff. Animators always making good job. You can go with animators to the club with extra charge 😁 We had a good fun. Near the sea, good place to snorkling and diving. Beach i bery specific. It’s like shelves 😁

Just returned from another unforgettable stay at Royal Monte Carlo. The resort is beautiful and well looked after. All the staff at Monte Carlo are exceptional, friendly, courteous, and welcoming and the service is excellent. Thank you to all the staff from the gardeners, housekeeping, chefs, bartenders and beyond, you all work so hard to provide a very beautiful place to visit and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Would like to say a special thank you to those who made our trip so special this time; Mahmoud from our first step into the hotel, Ahmed (Royal Manager) and Hermina (Royal Chef), you both truly made our stay perfect, such a perfect duo together, you made us laugh every day!, Ayman (Waves Restaurant) such a hardworking and lovely gentleman, was lovely to see you all again. Ayman (Royal and restaurants) what a lovely attentive gentleman and Yassen in the Sky Bar along with the other bartenders (sorry I didn’t get all your names), you made our evenings very enjoyable, always a smile and friendly face from everyone. Can honestly say we didn’t lift a finger for 9 amazing days! Because I didn’t write a review on our last stay, also not forgetting Hany from the Sky Bar, unfortunately we missed you this time, but you made our last stay unforgettable, and your presence was missed so thank you very much. Missing the Egyptian sunshine already and hope to see you all again very soon!

Halfway through a wonderful stay at the Monte Carlo. Beds are massive and comfortable, food average ( probably the only slight downside to the hotel ) staff amazing,grounds immaculate and the massages are sooo cheap. Can’t go wrong here,absolutely lovely

Awesome hotel, wonderful grounds, all gardens immaculately kept, staff all very friendly and will do anything for you, special shout out to Ayman who helps run the restaurant - nothing is too much trouble for him, kerolos who always has a smile on his face when clearing your table. I could name many others too! Animation team work very hard to keep you entertained and involved. Food- I have seen some reviews saying it’s not great, I have to disagree, food is great, always something to suit everyone Overall a very relaxing place to come to Highly recommend

Lovely hotel, great location, fantastic animation team, plenty of food choice. Definitely something for everyone. The staff are so friendly and polite willing to help out what ever the circumstances. Will definitely be booking to visit again
