Well after leaving my review on here I was asked to meet the manager,,,after a chat and decision about my feelings within the hotel. It was good to have an adult conversation about the problems within hotel and our room. Within 1 hour of meeting our room was swamped by staff and builder/electricians and room faults were rectified .I explained that we were looking for another week later in year with children aged 7.4.2 and told them in my opinion the children’s area was dangerous and dirty..The response was valid the reason lazy river wasn’t working it was in process of being drained to be cleaned and repaired as there is a lot of maintenance about to take place.The new restaurant opened on Thursday evening which was a breath of fresh air clean tidy all the food under one roof was a major positive if the extensive maintenance is completed to that level hopefully the place will be a much better place to visit as a family…All I can say is I hope so..I’m looking at going back to sharm with the children in late October I have the managers personal phone number who assured me everything will be done long before then.Im not sticking up for hotel but one of the reason which there have been an issue the place is always full of people,,yes I’m not stupid but personally I hope now the refinishing has started they see it through and make the place as good as it possibly can,, Let’s hope and pray they can pull the rest of the place to the same standard as the newly refreshed restaurant we can only hope
