Visited sea beach aqua park for first time to Egypt. Cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and staff :) great facilities no need to leave resort every need is catered for. Lots to keep kids entertained, and babysitting available for the adults to go out and enjoy the night life. Loved it so much already booking to come back in April!

This is my first time I come back to this resort and The food is very delicious and the staff are very helpful, the Aqua Park is amazing and there are many different kinds of amusement, the room is fantastic so I recommend this resort and I will come back again

Good resort good places and beach and i very happy that i meet, animation team are good worked, there are so comforting for family, food and cocktails is normal, but there is not a party after 11 o’clock. We can go and relaxing there

Staff are lovely, would definitely come again. The entertainment is good and they have a lot of activities and the shows at night are good The food isn’t great definitely room for improvement but you will never go hungry Would highly recommend

Hussain on the bar is very good and helpful, very good photographer and neimo is very good also, maybe add more range off food for others and better WiFi. Pool and aqua park was good. Enjoyed spending time on the beach and the excursions were good. If restaurants are closed to add on website also before booking.

10/10.it is a wonderfull place to stay in. Fantastic and attentive staff and espeacially a cleaners and waiters🙂🙂🙂 the food is very delicious and the cleaning is perfect 🤩🤩🤩🤩!!!! Sunny weather and nice beach at the territory so i recommend this hotel to everyone))))

The Team Was So Friendly...The Food Was Pretty good specially Breakfast and Dinner... About The Beach Was very Nice Also The Aqua park Was Fantastic ... The Pool Is Not Bad ....The Entertainment Night Shows Every Day Was Pretty Nice .. I am Planning To Come Back Next Year ..

The Resort looks quite aged and it needs a refreshment. (If half of the hotel insignia doesn’t work… there is for sure a reason) The cleaning is really poor everywhere; especially in the restaurant, where the staff, when it comes to set a new table, uses the same cutlery that has been just removed. By the restaurants used cups/glasses are mixed with the “cleaned” ones. Find a free/clean table in the restaurants is like a mission impossible. The staff never smiles (exception a young cook with the glasses by the grill and the guys at the bar just outside the receptions area and few life guards) and should be improved to have fresh uniforms everyday. Use the phone is more important than the guest needs Food variety very poor. Tried to report it to the guests relation.. she played like she didn’t understand. No one checks the guests behavior, people do what they want! No Respect for the other guests
