建議差旅人士不要來這家店入住，本人12月5日下午三點多來這家入住，到房間後發現噪音比較大，跟工作人員瞭解噪音從房頂傳下來的，因為房頂有中央空調主機，還有燒熱水的設備，以及各種電機和泵，所以振動與噪音比較大。下樓與前台溝通換一間房，前台説別人沒有説噪音，就你一個人説吵，然後夜裡十一點左右，被吵的確實睡不着，又找夜班的前台工作人員，提出換一間房，前台安排工作人員查看，提出付衞生費才能換，為了能休息我表示同意，後來換了一間房；但是睡到夜裡3點多又被凍醒了，電話問前台工作人員，她告知是中央空調壞了。第二天上午去退房，又遇到昨天的那個前台服務員，跟她説起這個事，她説她們酒店別的人住，也沒有這事那事，為什麼你這麼多事。看來他們不歡迎來住店的人。

在衣櫃裏面發現一條內褲，打電話給酒店半天才來處理也只是把內褲拿走，沒有説給我們換房間什麼的，毛巾浴巾什麼都有褐色的液體乾的，洗髮露沐浴露味道很奇怪，洗了頭不敢洗澡，衞生差

門不能反鎖，床頭櫃上有油，床頭插孔鬆動不能插充電器，洗臉盆旁邊還有2節黑色眼睫毛，噴頭壞的漏水根本無法洗澡，地上也有睫毛，第二天洗臉熱水直接沒有。。。
