Our stay at the Auberge Saint Antoine was beyond our expectations! We travelled to Quebec City for the first time to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Our daughter accompanied us for the trip and the hotel prepared a separate bed for her, and had a pair of slippers and a teddy bear waiting for her upon our arrival. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Matthew, the valet, was top notch and went out of his way to share details of the amenities and to give us a tour of the facility. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful staff, exceptional valet service. Love the historical touches for each room, welcome gift and daily notes. These little things made for an even lovelier experience. Nicely situated as well, in the heart of Vieux Quebec.

The service quality is five star. At every turn there is a special touch. The auberge is filled with light boxes displaying artifacts from this UNESCO world heritage site, including the rooms. Valet parking, bags brought to our room, excellent restaurant, and when we returned to our room for the evening it was refreshed, including refilled spring water bottles, and little treats. They are very good at anticipating your needs.

Just a great hotel in the old, charming, and beautiful part of the city. Very walkable. Each and every member of the staff were tremendous, with a special shout to the English gentleman from Oxford.

First time in QC for a while. We chose this based on the reviews and were not disappointed. The staff is exceptional. Genny, the concierge is a gem. She knows the area very well, made dinner reservations for us, and gave great insight into the area. Whatever they are paying her, give her a raise!

I can’t say enough of how amazing the staff of this hotel. They are a description of hospitality and professionalism. Hotel room is very clean, nicely decorated and it clearly shows that management of the hotel is working on every little detail to make customers stay very enjoyable.

We were welcomed right outside at our vehicle. Two gentlemen opened our doors and helped us with the luggage to the from desk. Everyone was very nice. The entire room was clean and confortable. The bathroom had nice, heated floor. The food and the restaurants were delicious and fine. I wish we had stayed more than 1 night.

Such a gorgeous hotel and everything was so thoughtful and personal - the room was gorgeous and had everything you could even think of needing - the restaurant OMG so beautiful and the food was impeccable. Every staff member went out their way with personal touches for my daughter’s 18th birthday - I’ve been in many hotels but this is so above and behind - can’t recommend high enough !!!
