I selected this hotel because of its prime location and the rooms looked like they had the character and charm that I was hoping for in a hotel in old Quebec City. The hotel delivered on both those requirements, so we were very happy. The one negative was that we found the mattress to be extremely firm and therefore did not sleep comfortably.

Parking is a pain in the ass…I was stuck parking a kilometre away…other than that, everything was amazing

We liked the unique nature of each of the rooms in this Auberge, and its proximity to all the sights in old Quebec City. We would certainly return to this same location in the future, and would recommend it to others.

Perfect location. Clean and welcoming. Amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. We stayed in Room 2, the Marie Antoinette room. Loved it. And only a short set of stairs to climb. We recommend this room for those concerned about no elevator.
The ONLY concern was the slight sewer odour that came through the bathroom sink drain. Other than that, we loved it here! We’ll be back FOR SURE!

A charming Hotel in Old Quebec with a good restaurant on the main floor. Was happy to see some winter snow in the morning to add some charm.

A beautiful boutique hotel situated in the heart of Quebec City. Its within walking diatance to all the popular and sightseeing areas.
The staff was very helpful and Mathiaz went out of his way to ensure a pleasant stay even more memorable.
We stayed on the 3rd floor which gave extra privacy (only 4 rooms on the floor) and found it quiet and cozy.
The only drawback to this hotel is no elevator, so if stairs are a hindrance, this is not the place for you.
Overall, it is highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Quebec city.

Our room was very nice, a front view out to the Chateau Frontenac. The room had a faux fireplace and a brick and stone wall which added a warmth to the space. The bed was comfortable although I have had more comfortable beds in other hotels. The staff was terrific. At various times we asked the front desk staff to deal with a toilet issue and to resupply our room with kleenex and coffee pods, and each time they handled our requests with a cheerful attitude and immediate attention. Overall, we can recommend this property without reservation.

Adorable hotel right in the main area of Quebec City. Wonderful view of the hotel frontenac. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is delicious and is a great spot to grab a drink!

we enjoyed our stay at lot and have already recommended to others. What I did request a copy of our checkout bill as we left before any staff were around, however I have as of yet to receive and we checked out 3 weeks ago....
