I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time.
However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed.
The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem).
Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working.
Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy.
There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).

The staff is terrible, unfriendly, rude, unprofessional. I don't recommend this Hotel to anyone. We had a ruined vacation, a spoiled Xmas mood, and a ruined impression of the country as a whole.

Elevator always busy, cleaning crew even louder than the kids with their radios, site said taxes included but hid the fact it was in American currency. Restaurant was okay. Staff were okay. Very little noise insulation for the rooms.

3⭐️ on service because I called the restaurant to order from our room, took long for someone to respond and when he did he put me on hold and waited forever he never got back to the line. 4⭐️ on the rest because the fireplace is noisy and didn’t really have heat on it so we turned it off so we can sleep. The poolside is always wet and it is not safe to walk, kids have slipped many times. The beds were comfy enough.

Good hotel for families with a pool, hot tub, kids play area and a room for watching movies. Pillows were thick, ok for some people but not for me. Maybe they had others available but didn't ask. Overall it was a good stay and was clean and good location for our activities.

The pool and hot tub were so beautiful. Unfortunately there were a ton of unattended children jumping in the hot tub. It made it more stressfull than relaxing. The sauna didnt work at all. The gym equipment was broken. The room was nice, but the hair conditioner bottle in the shower didn't work. And the blow dryer was broken, only cold air. House keeping stopped by on the second day and took the bathmat and old towels. They replaced some of the towels but not the bathmat. And they didn't straighten the bed or remove the used drink glasses or replace the coffee, facewipes, coffee cups/creamer. Breakfast is not included.

Great location for going to visit Quebec City. It is just out of the way enough to be perfect where everything is only a maximum 20 minute drive, lots of it scenic. The hotel is very clean with a great restaurant (Ginger) and very polite and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.
