Had a pleasant stay. Beds were comfortable and all amenities needed were provide. Really good restaurant for evening meals too.

I was looking for a decent and reasonably priced place to stay and I was very happy with the Queen Phillippa. The fundamentals are of a good standard, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nice and lots of options. The staff were also really nice - friendly and seemed to enjoy being there, which is always a good sign. There's not much in the way of dining in the nearby vicinity but we were using it as a base to explore Sheppey anyway. It's only about 30 mins to Shellness or Elmley nature reserve, and a really nice restaurant called the Three Mariners. We enjoyed our stay.

Whole experience staying at Queen Phillipa was a complete joy.
From the moment you arrive to when you leave all the staff are friendly and attentive.
A lovely little find. Everywhere immaculate, everything you would need for a night stay, was there. Ate in the restaurant, Jaceys. Food good and reasonably priced.
Would definitely stay again

I stay in many hotels during the course of a year both on business and pleasure.
I found every thing about this stay great
especially the staff who went out of their way to please and assist.

The staff were friendly and professional from the beginning to check out. Room was clean and comfortable and the outside seating area was a real bonus in the hot weather.
We ate in the restaurant and the food was really good

I thoroughly enjoyed my evening meal and overnight stay at the Queen Phillipa. The food was first rate, the staff warm and friendly and the accommodation was welcoming and homely. I’ll definitely be back.

Welcoming and friendly. Rooms clean. Quiet. Great place to visit all surrounding areas. Near rail station and nice walks . Freshly cooked meals with plenty of choice.
