Hotel Schneeberg Family Resort & Spa

We stayed there for 1 week in July. The hotel has its pros, but definitely also its cons. Pros: The adults only area is great and quite new. Especially, the saunas and the adults only swimming pool are great. The child playground in the basement is huge and offers a lot. Cons: The food is very poor, especially given its in Southern Tirol, which generally is known for great food. For example during breakfast they offer some very poor choice of cheese and it seems like they purchase it from a discounter, as its not delicious at all and presented very poorly. For lunch they always offer some noodles with tomato sauce or minced meat, which is not bad per se, but not for 1 whole week! I mean why not some carbonara or pesto sauce? And one particular point to mention is that for lunch all people need to eat in a very small area, given most of the space which is available during breakfast and dinner is closed. Thus, it's extremely crowded during lunch, noisy and the staff is totally overstrained. For dinner, they always offer the very same salads. I mean I don't mind the same salads but they only offer very simple ones (e.g., grated carrots, green salad) without any toppings (i.e., no tomato-mozzarella salad, no rice salad etc.). There would be so many options but they absolutely go with the minimum. Then, the swimming area generally is big but the number of sunbeds isn't and so we had to sit on the floor several times. This might be because the weather wasn't always nice but for a hotel pretending to be top notch there should be enough sunbeds and space inside as well. The kids playground in the basement is huge but they don't care about the simple things, for example the kids toys were lacking batteries all time. We informed the reception several times but nothing changed. So, in essence besides the great adults only area we can't confirm some of the great reviews here. It seems the hotel might want to save costs after corona, but that goes along some very serious detriments. Therefore, we can't recommend this hotel at all!

Very big hotel that uses factory like processes to be able to manage the guests. Food is very poor. 4 stars is fake, it is at most 3 stars. They will send you a massive amount of spam mails if you register, make sure to use a fake email.

Siamo tornati dopo 9 anni con la ns piccola di 4 anni, e abbiamo trovato una vera e propria città più che un hotel. Sempre affascinante l’arredo interno dell’hotel ben curato e per le camere noi di solito prendiamo le camere alpin senza moquette che hanno una bella vista e il balcone, All’interno per le giornate invernali magari o sempre e comunque, L’offerta per grandi e piccini varia iniziando dalle spa famiglia e solo adulti questa di ultima costruzione, con diversi tipi di scivoli x piccoli e adulti, giochi, saune, idromassaggio, piscina con la corrente, zone relax con letti, dondole in legno e bibite tisane e acqua gratuite. A seguire per i piccoli un mini club con team super attento dalle 9 alla 21 dove puoi lasciare se vogliono i piccoli, e con una sala colma di giochi peluche e quant’altro si possa desiderare. Fronte mini club altre due sale una con scivoli molto belli e particolari e il percorso giochi con piscina di palline e nell’altra sala una vera pista modello Go-kart da fare con le biciclette. Se non bastasse per adulti e piccini al piano sotterraneo una sala giochi con biliardo, pista di bowling, calcio balilla e video giochi oltre l’onnipresente hockey. All’esterno due laghetti con barchette pedalò, mini golf , salta salta trampolini, e due campi di paddel. Qui ovviamente non manca un ricco programma non solo per bambini ma anche per adulti con escursioni trekking e bike. La maggior parte dei clienti è tedesca, e l’offera visto dove siamo e’ molto pensata per loro, nonostante questo il cibo a buffet pranzo con formula full o a scelta tra alcune portate a cena ,e’ di discreto livello. Se dovessi dare dei punti di attenzione e miglioramento per il livello che si vuole offrire sicuramente la pulizia della camera da migliorare; la cena con maggiore scelta di portate; e sport come il paddel o altro che sono a pagamento e che visto il livello io mi attenderei come servizi offerti al cliente.

Un resort da sogno, con ogni confort possibile, cibo ottimo, abbondante e di qualità. Vacanza a prova di bimbo, mio figlio di 6 anni si è divertito tantissimo, non l'ho mai visto così contento come in questa vacanza, ci sono divertimenti per tutte le età, piscine di ogni tipo. Speriamo di poter tornare l'anno prossimo!!

ottimo posto, ideal per famiglie con bambini di ogni età. Personale cordiale e disponibile a tutte le esigenze . Camere grandi con tutti i comfort. Hotel con zoo spa per bambini mini club menu apposta per loro . Veramente bello . Consigliato

Posto incantevole mozzafiato. Struttura GIGANTESCA! Sembra un piccolo paesino incastonato in una valle, non un Hotel. Geniale il fatto che per spostarsi da una struttura all'altra non si debba uscire fuori. Cibo ottimo. Camera lussuosissima. Personale gentile e accogliente. Tantissime attività per grandi e piccoli. I bambini vivono il soggiorno come un un grande parco divertimenti. Nulla da segnalare. Nulla da criticare. Solo desiderio di tornare ancora una volta.
